Highlights include an irreducible ankle fracture‑dislocation caused by tibialis posterior tendon interposition (J Foot Ankle Surg., 2010; PubMed). Another report covers an irreducible posterolateral knee dislocation due to medial meniscus interposition (Acta Orthop Traumatol Turc., 2011; PubMed). He examined scoliosis and kyphosis after sternotomy or thoracotomy (J Turk Spinal Surg., 23(2):83‑90, 2012). Additional JTSS papers appeared in 2012 and in 2017 (28(4):283‑288). He reported on ESPB and QLB in hip surgery (Indian J Anaesth., 62(10):802, 2018; Anesth Essays Res., 12(4):825‑831, 2018; ESRA 2018). He studied outcomes of hip prosthesis for Crowe IV dysplastic coxarthrosis (Medicine Science, 13(4):873‑878, 2024). He also described medial superior cluneal nerve entrapment (SAGE Journals).

Prof. Dr. Akif Albayrak is an orthopedic and spine surgeon in Istanbul. He practices at Central Hospital and leads the clinical and surgical spine services.

He focuses on the diagnosis and surgical treatment of complex spinal disorders. His expertise includes scoliosis, kyphosis, spinal deformities, spine trauma and reconstruction, and minimally invasive surgery. He treats both adults and children.

His training includes advanced clinical work in Turkey and abroad. He completed an observer fellowship at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York. He progressed from Associate Professor to Professor and publishes regularly in international orthopedic journals.

Assoc. Prof. Ozdogan, M.D., Ph.D., completed his education at Yeditepe University Health Sciences Institute in the Molecular Medicine Doctorate Program under Prof. Dr. Turgay İsbir, and he also studied at Saint Louis University in Arkansas, USA, with Prof. Dr. M. Gazi Yasargil. He pursued a Clinical Fellowship in Brain and Nerve Surgery at Yeditepe University Hospital, guided by Prof. Dr. Yasargil and Prof. Dr. Uğur Türe. Additionally, he underwent specialization training at Ufuk University Faculty of Medicine, the Faculty of Medicine at Gazi University, and completed his secondary education at İçel Anatolian High School.

Professionally, he has held various positions, including Faculty Member in the Department of Neurosurgery at Haliç University, and Associate Professor at Private Adatip Istanbul Hospital and Biruni University Hospital. He has also served as an Associate Professor at S.B.U. Kartal, Sancaktepe, and Istanbul Training and Research Hospitals, and worked as a Chief Assistant at S.B.U. Gaziosmanpaşa Taksim and Kartal Training and Research Hospitals. His earlier roles include Specialist Doctor at S.B.U. Baltalimanı Bone Diseases Hospital and Mus State Hospital, as well as Clinical Fellow at Yeditepe University Faculty of Medicine Hospital.

Assoc. Prof. Özdoğan is a member of several professional associations, including the Turkish Neurosurgery Association, Turkish Spine Association, and the Turkish Neurosurgery Society’s Neuroanatomy, Neurovascular, and Neurooncology Groups. Il dottor Selman Dogan è un esperto chirurgo ortopedico. Si specializza in artroplastica dell'anca e della spalla, lesioni sportive, chirurgia della colonna vertebrale e traumatologia degli arti superiori e inferiori. È noto per il trattamento delle lesioni dei legamenti e dei tendini del ginocchio, comprese le operazioni al menisco e al legamento crociato anteriore.

Il dottor Dogan si è laureato presso la Facoltà di Medicina dell'Università di Istanbul Cerrahpaşa. Dr. Suleyman Hilmi Aksoy was born in 1974. He graduated from Istanbul University Çapa School of Medicine in 1998. He completed his residency in Radiodiagnostics and Interventional Radiology at Cerrahpaşa School of Medicine in 2002.

He has given oral and written presentations at 13 local and international congresses. Dr. Aksoy specializes in Diagnostic Radiology, Teleradiology, and Interventional Radiology. He has made important contributions in these areas.

He has worked at Hisar Intercontinental Hospital, Merzifon Air Hospital, Istanbul Emar Center, and Haseki Training and Research Hospital. Dr. Aksoy is dedicated to improving radiological practices.

Il professor dottor Gürsel Saka è uno specialista in ortopedia e traumatologia, avendo conseguito la formazione medica presso l'Università Tecnica di Karadeniz e la specializzazione presso l'Università delle Scienze Mediche, ospedale di ricerca e formazione Dr. Lütfi Kırdar Kartal. Ha eseguito con successo interventi nell'ambito della chirurgia spinale, traumatologia, endoprotesi e chirurgia del bacino e dell'acetabolo. Attualmente presta servizio ai pazienti nel reparto di ortopedia e traumatologia intercontinentale dell'ospedale Hisar.
