Dr. Leyla Elmas is a Dermatology Specialist at Memorial Bahçelievler Hospital in Istanbul. She previously worked at Yüksekova State Hospital and Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine. Dr. Elmas completed her dermatology training at Hacettepe University. She earned her MD from Istanbul University – Cerrahpaşa, graduating second in her class with a GPA of 3.89 out of 4.00.
Dr. Elmas has published 10 articles in international peer-reviewed journals. She holds a national patent. She has also given several oral and poster presentations at scientific meetings. Dr. Elmas is a member of the Turkish Society of Dermatology and the Women’s Dermatologic Society. She has completed observerships and research at Harvard, Johns Hopkins, and King’s College London.
Dr. Hakan Harputluoglu is a medical oncologist at Memorial Bahçelievler Hospital in Istanbul (2023–present). He previously worked in the Division of Medical Oncology, Department of Internal Medicine, at İnönü University Faculty of Medicine in Malatya (2017–2023). He also served at Hacettepe University’s Oncology Institute and Division of Oncology in Ankara (2004–2009).
He has been a Professor at İnönü University Faculty of Medicine since 2017. His training includes an Internal Medicine residency at İnönü University (2004–2009) and a medical degree from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine.
Prof. Müge Gökçe is a pediatric hematologist and cancer specialist based in Turkey with expertise in bone marrow transplantation. She has held positions in various hospitals since 2001 and holds degrees in general medicine, pediatrics, and pediatric hematology and oncology. She is a member of the Turkish Hematology Association, the Turkish Society of Pediatric Hematology, and the European Society for Blood and Marrow Transplantation.
Dr. Samuray Tuncer is a specialist in eye diseases. He focuses on ocular oncology and is known for treating intraocular tumors such as choroidal melanoma and retinoblastoma. He uses advanced methods like radioactive plaque therapy. The success of this treatment often depends on the physician’s experience.
Dr. Tuncer is an active member of the Turkish Society of Ophthalmology. He serves on the executive board of its Oncology Unit. He is also a member of the International Society of Ocular Oncology and the American Academy of Ophthalmology. In addition, he is on the editorial board of the Turkish Journal of Ophthalmology. These roles show his dedication to the field.
