After completing his medical doctorate education at Gazi University School of Medicine, which is located in the capital city of Ankara he carried on to his Orthopaedic and Traumatology fellowship training at the same university. After his fellow training, he completed his mandatory governmental and military duties as an orthopaedic surgeon between 2008 and 2011. He later started his Orthopaedic career in Istanbul Acıbadem Hospitals network. Between 2013 and 2022 he served as an academic member of the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology at Acıbadem Mehmet Ali Aydınlar School of Medicine where he was entitled Associate Professor in 2021. He is now private practicing in his own clinic in Istanbul. 

Starting from the year 2014 he has been especially focused on the fields of patient-specific orthopaedic surgery, computer-aided surgical planning, 3D printed custom surgical guides and implants. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Saydam Mehmet is a general surgeon at Lokman Hekim Istanbul Hospital (2025–present). His work covers oncologic, endocrine, and metabolic surgery. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Özlem Köroğlu is a specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Memorial Ankara Hospital (2024–present). She previously served as a faculty member at Gaziler Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Training and Research Hospital (2016–2024). She was Chief of the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Clinic at Elazığ Military Hospital (2011–2015). She earned her MD in 2003 from the GATA Faculty of Medicine. She completed her PM&R residency in 2011.

Her credentials include Ministry of Health–approved certified prolotherapy training. She has taught Prolotherapy and PRP (2022) and Knee Prolotherapy and Campinject (2019). She also taught GETAT and Dextrose Prolotherapy (2018) and ISPRM Ultrasound (2009). She has additional training in musculoskeletal ultrasound, neural therapy, lumbar injections and manipulation, and botulinum toxin treatment for the spastic hand.
