La dottoressa Hulda Rifat Ozakpinar è specialista in chirurgia plastica, ricostruttiva ed estetica. Si è laureata presso la Facoltà di Medicina dell'Università di Ankara nel 1995. Ha completato la specializzazione in chirurgia plastica, ricostruttiva ed estetica nel 1998. La dottoressa Ozapkinar ha ricoperto posizioni importanti presso l'Università di Ankara e la Scuola di Medicina dell'Università Showa in Giappone, dove ha lavorato come ricercatrice e docente di microchirurgia vascolare. È stata anche medico specialista e docente associato presso il Ministero della Salute della Turchia.

La dottoressa Ozapkinar ha guidato studi clinici, in particolare sulla ricostruzione del labbro inferiore in caso di cancro. Ha ricevuto borse di studio dal Ministero dell'Istruzione del Giappone (MEXT) e dal TÜBİTAK. Attualmente lavora presso l'ospedale Lokman Hekim Akay.

Dr. Koray Karabulut is a general surgery specialist at Memorial Göztepe Hospital (2025–). His focus is HPB surgery, liver transplantation, and robotic or minimally invasive surgery. He was the responsible specialist at the Fırat University Liver Transplant Center (2014–2018). He then worked as an organ transplantation specialist at Memorial Şişli (2018–2019). In 2024, he worked in robotic HPB surgery at Ageo Medical Center.

Training highlights include minimally invasive HPB at IRCAD (2015). He completed a research fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic on liver tumors and laparoscopic‑robotic surgery (2010–2011). He also completed liver transplant training at the İnönü University Institute (2011–2012). He earned his MD and finished his general surgery residency at Istanbul University. He became an associate professor in 2013. His academic work includes peer‑reviewed papers in J Gastrointest Surg, Surgery, and Surg Endosc. He has written surgical book chapters. He is a guideline author for the Turkish Surgical Society and served on editorial boards (2011–2016).

Prof. Dr. Mustafa Özsoy, MD, is a general surgeon who specializes in hepatobiliary surgery and liver and kidney transplantation. He heads the Liver Transplantation Center at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University. He also leads the Kidney Transplantation Units at Kyrgyzstan Turkish Friendship Hospital and at Etlik City Hospital in Ankara.

He is board-certified in general surgery (2010). His credentials include Liver Donor and Hepatopancreatobiliary Surgery certification (Kent Hospital, 2010), a Liver Transplantation certificate (İnönü University Liver Transplant Institute, 2014–2015), an Experimental Microsurgery certificate (2013), and Endoscopy and ERCP certificates. He is a member of the Turkish Surgical Association, the Turkish Hepatopancreatobiliary Surgery Association, and the Turkish Society of Reconstructive and Microsurgery.
