Prof. Dr. Luigi Masoni is a general surgeon with 35 years of experience. He specializes in oncology and general surgery. Dr. Masoni is known for his skill in minimally invasive colorectal, proctological, and pelvic floor surgeries. He developed a new bilio-intestinal bypass technique. In 2018, he became a Hematology subspecialist at Istanbul Training and Research Hospital. In 2019, he was awarded the title of Associate Professor in the field of Hematology. Afterwards, he worked as a faculty member at Başakşehir Çam and Sakura City Hospital, Bozyaka Training and Research Hospital and Istinye University (Istinye University Bahçeşehir and Liv Hospital Vadistanbul) and is currently working at Biruni University Hospital. Dr Joanna Sobotkowska is an obstetrician–gynaecologist. She graduated from the Military Medical Faculty of the Medical University of Łódź. She completed specialist training in obstetrics and gynaecology at the Polish Mother’s Memorial Hospital – Research Institute in Łódź. Her rotations included the Departments of Perinatology; Obstetrics and Gynaecology; and Operative, Endoscopic and Oncological Gynaecology. She works there as a Senior Assistant.
