She was Chief of the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Clinic at Elazığ Military Hospital (2011–2015). She earned her MD in 2003 from the GATA Faculty of Medicine. Dr. Özcan Uzun is a nephrology specialist. He earned his medical degree from Atatürk University Faculty of Medicine (2005-2011). He completed his internal medicine and nephrology training at Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Medicine (2012-2016, 2018-2022).
