Presso la Clinica di Ginecologia e Ostetricia sotto la direzione del professor dottor E. Stickeler, la dottoressa Iborra ha diretto il reparto ostetrico dal 2017 al 2019. Da dicembre 2017 si è occupata dell'organizzazione della formazione nel reparto e nell'ottobre 2019 è diventata medico capo amministrativo e medico capo del personale della clinica, mantenendo questa posizione fino al trasferimento a Solingen.

Oltre al suo lavoro scientifico, con numerose pubblicazioni e presentazioni a grandi conferenze ginecologiche, la dottoressa Iborra ha approfondito le sue specializzazioni mediche.
