Dr. Ender Kavukçu is a urologist. He graduated from Istanbul University, Istanbul Faculty of Medicine, in 2004. He completed his residency at S.B. Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital. He became a Urology Specialist in 2009. In the same year, he passed the European Association of Urology board exam (FEBU).

He has held several leadership roles. He was ESWL (Stone Crushing) Unit Manager at GATA Haydarpaşa Training Hospital from 2010 to 2011.
