In 1997, he completed his specialization training in Orthopedics and Traumatology at Ankara Dr. Muhittin Ülker Emergency and Traumatology Hospital with a thesis on "Total Knee Arthroplasty Applications and Early Results". Between 1997 and 2000, he worked as a specialist doctor at the Orthopedics and Traumatology Clinic of the same hospital, and between 2000 and 2004, he served as a chief resident at the same hospital.
