Prof. Dr. med. univ. Wilfried Lang is an Austrian neurologist. Attualmente è presidente del comitato scientifico dell'European Hip Society e della Società Italiana dell'Anca, nonché membro del comitato esecutivo di EFORT, del comitato internazionale della American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons e del comitato scientifico del Registro Italiano delle Artroplastiche.
