Our protocol was designed to regenerate damaged tissues, repair nerve damage, and improve mobility in patients with spinal cord injury or degenerative disc disease. It utilizes a guided intradiscal injection of mesenchymal stem cells derived from Wharton's jelly. Our stem cells regenerate spinal cord, nerve, and cartilage tissues while the exosomes reduce inflammation, support nerve regeneration, and accelerate healing. Includes pre-treatment IV-detox, hyperbaric chamber session, and post-treatment recovery including pressotherapy, red light therapy, recovery massage, and cryotherapy. Each patient is given a specialized treatment plan aimed to facilitate advanced healing, as well as reduce inflammation and pain. Dr. Camilo White Castillo is the Chief Medical Officer at Reju. He has over ten years of clinical experience and almost seven years in regenerative medicine. He is licensed to practice medicine in both Antigua and Barbuda and Colombia. Dr. Castillo has led advanced stem cell therapy programs to help improve patient quality of life.
He has held important roles at Habitat, bioXcellerator, and the Thoracic Institute. From 2022 to 2025, he served as Medical Director of the Stem Cell Medical Center. Dr. Castillo earned his MD from La Fundacion Universitaria San Martin. He also holds a Master’s in Biodiversity from Universidad EAFIT and several certifications from top institutions.
He is a certified member of S.C.A.R.E. and is registered with RETHUS Talent in Health. These credentials show his dedication to high standards and patient-focused care in regenerative medicine.
