If one were to imagine the Platonic ideal of a dental practice—some shining, well-lit realm where kindness meets competence and everything smells faintly of mint rather than menace—it would look suspiciously like Advanced Smiles Dentistry under Dr. Elias. It is rare to encounter a medical professional who manages, with disarming ease, to collapse the entire hierarchy of fear, shame, and confusion that most adults have accumulated since childhood visits to The Dentist. Dr. Elias is that rare practitioner who makes the whole experience feel oddly dignified, even interesting, as though oral health were a collaborative project between genuine humans rather than a punishment for having teeth. He has that rare quality, equal parts expertise and genuine attentiveness, that cannot be faked and does not require performance. Every movement feels deliberate without fussiness, every explanation thorough without patronizing inflection. There is a rhythm to his work that borders on the aesthetic, an economy of gesture and language that makes even complex procedures feel calm, orderly, almost graceful. He seems to regard his craft with the seriousness of a scholar and the warmth of someone who genuinely enjoys helping people emerge from pain into equilibrium. The staff, each and every one, operate with a level of happy coherence that would make most corporate operations blush. The reception is friendly without the brittle glaze of forced hospitality. Scheduling is painless in every sense of the word. The entire atmosphere radiates a quiet and intelligent competence—the kind that comes from people who actually like what they do and who work well together because the work itself has meaning. If one were forced to summarize the whole experience, it would go something like this: a rare intersection of technical mastery, human decency, and organizational grace. You leave lighter, calmer, and vaguely grateful for the company of good people. Five stars, obviously, though it feels slightly inadequate as a metric for what amounts to a small but consistent triumph of professionalism and humanity.

This place is possibly the best experience I have had with dentists. The staff and doctors are so welcoming and knowledgeable, you are treated with kindness and respect and at the end you are not another number or being hurried through a procedure. The utmost care is care is taken. They are very affordable and I would highly recommend them anytime anywhere.

I had such a great experience here getting my 4 wisdom teeth (impacted) extracted. Everything so clean, professional, and gentle. One hiccup was I live in the states, so I made my exam and the removal the same day, and was told via email that was fine. Upon my examination they realized my teeth were too close to my nerves and needed a specialist to remove the teeth but he wasn’t available. Luckily they didn’t find someone, and he was amazing, but I almost had to come back the next day. Not a problem but just something to consider - You may want to book your exam first, and then your removal for a different day just in case! I also appreciate them knowing that a specialist was needed and not just going for it and hitting a nerve. Otherwise the entire appointment went smoothly and I can’t recommend this spot enough!

I had a top rated experience at Advanced Smiles! I went with a recent fractured tooth and a mouthful of potential problems after avoiding the dentist for 5 years. I explained that I had experienced a very painful root canal previously with resulting anxiety. I had complete faith in my doctor, especially after he took the time to ensure my anesthesia was effective (I have had issues before). He reviewed my plan of care including long term, the visuals were helpful, and I was given options for best care and value. I very much appreciated my visit and look forward to more regular visits. Thank you to my whole care team! PS my smile has its sparkle back!

Was very pleased again! I have been coming here for 11 years! I cannot say enough good things about Advanced Smiles Dentistry. My dental implant procedure was outstanding. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable & gentle & explained all my questions and aftercare thoroughly. The staff is kind & professional & cares about its patients. I have sent many of my friends here, & they have had similar experiences. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs dental work.
