“I have just returned from having a gastric sleeve. I cannot fault the care and service I've had from the whole team at Aegean Medical Turkey/Su hospital with Doctor Cemal Kara and his whole team obesity clinic. I was given all the information I needed before I went and all my questions were answered, no matter what time I messaged. When I arrived at the airport Mert came to pick me up and was with me the whole time of my stay either at the hospital transfer before my surgery or at the hotel after my surgery. Dr Cemal Kara and Mert as well as everyone was so friendly and very caring.
Now, I went by myself but Mert made sure I was well taken care of the whole time. The hospital was clean and hygienic. My room was cleaned every day while I was there. I felt listened too and cared for throughout my stay. Everyone is so helpful. Another positive is they are there for you when I return back to the US. Mert made sure to drop me at the airport 4 am in the morning returning to USA was 7am.
Two days after surgery I was educated by the very professional nutritionist Ezgi about my new life journey, what to eat, vitamins , medications, she even gave me her phone number to contact her anytime, and would continue to follow up with me.
Excellent service all around , would highly recommend team Aegean Medical Turkey with Dr Cemal Kara, request to have all the experience with Mert , you will thank me later, he was the best. I posted few pictures with Mert and I as he was going to drop me at the airport after my one week stay.
