Die Notaufnahme ist die reinste Katastrophe. Die Pflegekraft war überfordert, unfreundlich und unorganisiert. Ich habe mich nach vier Stunden gewagt zu fragen, wie die weitere Vorgehensweise ist. Das war schon zu viel. Man soll nicht mit Menschen arbeiten, wenn man keine Menschen mag. Ein junger Arzt oder Student keine Ahnung der keine Verantwortung übernehmen möchte. Mir mitgeteilt, dass ich über die Nacht nicht bleiben muss und meiner Familie- ich kann die Patienten nicht zwingen hier zu bleiben. Sie möchte raus. Was soll das!!! Vor allem warum?! Ich hoffe wirklich, dass sie alle einfach nur einen schlechten Tag hatten und das es sich hierbei nicht um die Krankenhaus-Mentalität handelt.

Today I was in the emergency, they let my brother bleed without any care . I asked them to take a look as he couldn’t breathe well and he was so much in pain. They were keep making fun of me in the beginning and telling me that if he dies they will know but he is fine . After I told them that it’s not okay to say that and they should be more serious , they started insulting me and threatening to kick me out and call for me the security even that I was so polite to them. For e…verything I said I have a video recorded in case if any of them in the hospital saw this comment and deny what happened , and also because I’m really planning to report this careless nurse and that doctor . PS: at the end came to us a very friendly doctor who start talking nicely and apologized about that situation and I have his name on the report.

Bin gerade in der CPU Notfall Ambulanz und hier sind 2 Schwestern die sehr unfreundlich sind obwohl wir sehr höflich zu ihnen sind aber die Stimmung könnte ziemlich schnell kippen 😡😤 vor 2 Monaten waren wir schonmal hier da war eine Schwester aus Kroatien die war sehr höflich ...
