I’ve been seeing Divya at Ben Physio Therapy (Oval Damansara) for my cervical and lumbar pain, and she’s been nothing short of excellent. From the very first session, she focused on finding the root cause instead of just treating the symptoms.
What I really appreciate is how she emphasizes proper posture, lifting techniques, and stretching routines — making sure I understand why each movement matters. It’s not just “do this and you’ll feel better,” it’s “do this so you stay better.”
Divya is also incredibly empathetic and patient, with a natural ability to make people feel comfortable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients’ recovery and progress.
If you’re dealing with neck or lower back pain, I’d strongly recommend Divya. She’s skilled, thorough, and truly a people person — one of those rare professionals who heal with both knowledge and kindness.

Got to know this centre from my friend so decided to give it a try to treat plantar fasciitis.
Ilai is very spot on the related muscles and teaches some helpful stretches for faster recovery. With both treatment and stretches, i have noticed that my plantar fasciitis has recovered gradually.

I had a great experience with my sports massage session by Haziq. His background and experience in sports really gave me confidence, as he knew exactly which muscles needed to be released for better performance during game time. The massage was both effective and relieving, and I felt much lighter and more mobile afterward. I’ll definitely be coming back for more sports massage sessions with Haziq. Highly recommended!

I came with back pain for weeks. After 3 sessions with them, I don't have back pain anymore and my wellbeing improved. I have also learnt a lot about muscles and stretching through the sessions I have attended. Highly recommended.

I really would not recommend this chain of physiotherapy as a treatment option. The therapists and management is focused more on adding time instead of patient wellbeing, refusing to treat more than one body part at a time and the therapists are limited in their knowledge. To receive paperwork it took almost 7 business days. Business is more concerned with establishing reviews that they literally PAY patients to post positive reviews. I would be very wary of scheduling here for therapy. Look elsewhere
