Excellent experience from start to finish. During my stay in Bangkok my tooth broke. After contacting BIDH through Line, I had an appointment the next morning. All the staff is very welcoming, well-spoken and work together as one. Dr. Nicha is professional and calm (and also beautiful). Very satisfied with the procedure and result. Highly recommend.

Made an appointment online in Australia, prior to my visit to Bangkok. Received a quick and helpful answer and appointment time and information. Location is easy to get to in Soi 2 Sukhumvit, close to two BTS stations.Service I received was excellent, from registration, pre treatment medical exam, and the dental treatment itself. My Dentist ( a lady, whose name I forgot, sorry) was very good, spoke excellent English, explained all procedures and costs , and performed the clean, descale, and 3 fillings very professionally and totally pain free. Great experience. I was expecting to have to return for multiple visits, but I was able to get everything done in the single 2 hour period. The building itself is very modern, multi floor, clean , relaxed, and cool. Just what you want when visiting a dentist.very happy with the service provide at BIDH and highly recommended to others.

Great value & Very Professional. I travelled from Australia to visit this hospital. I had made an appointment for consultation, wisdom teeth removal and a deep clean. When I went in for consultation the staff said my appointment didn’t have the required time allocated. Luckily I had extra days in Bangkok and the procedure was split into 3 separate appointments. The staff were very helpful and polite the whole time. After my wisdom teeth removal I had no swelling or pain. The whole process was great and I would recommend this dental hospital and also if have a tight schedule, you should book the required time by hours.

I made an appointment for a cleaning and was given a written estimate of 1,500 to 3,000 baht. Once I was seated, the doctor told me it would go up to 4,000 baht, without giving any reason for the increase. A cleaning of just my front teeth (I have no molars), rushed, and unsatisfactory. Super expensive + bad service = I'll never return.

I had my dental work done by Dr. Phubin and he such a good dentist, he's very professional and friendly. He is definitely an expert. He even came in on his day off, for the last checks of my crowns. He's very kind. My crowns were also made so quickly. I'm so happy with my teeth. Thank you Dr. Phubin and BIDH dental staff. See you next year ☺️
