I had a very pleasant experience with this clinic. The initial consultation was very thorough and my translator Chloe was also very good at taking me through the whole process. I had my consultation and SMILE surgery the same day. The doctors and nurses were very professional during my surgery. I did not feel any pain or discomfort. My eyesight was blurry for a few hours the same day and gradually got better. I just had my 1 week follow up and one of my eye is 20/20 and the other is getting better. I highly recommend them and will bring my husband here for his eyes toob next year.

I got the SMILE PRO procedure at Bright Eye Clinic. The entire process was fast and efficient. I got eye exam, consultation, and surgery on the same day within 4 hours. An English translator was assigned and stayed with me the entire process from start to finish, which helped me a lot throughout the process to know that someone is with me. I made the reservation and asked all my questions via Kakao Talk in English prior to the appointment. They were very responsive and answered all my questions via the chat. I would recommend considering this clinic for your eye surgery.

It was a very pleasant experience to get the SMILE Pro procedure here. There was a translator provided throughout which made the process very smooth, and we felt very welcomed and cared for at every step along the way.
The procedure was very quick and we could see quite well after a few hours.
They even provided a follow up eye check a few days later before we flew off again, to make sure everything was good.
Would recommend to all!

We loved our SMILE Pro experience here! We don't understand Korean but their English translators were excellent. They were patient and answered all our queries. Even at the follow up they were meticulous and do not rush it through. Definitely would recommend this clinic to anyone who wants to have any eye related procedures done :)

As an English only speaker, Bright Eye Clinic was very accommodating and had translators with me throughout the entire process. Everyone was very knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions. I opted for SmilePRO and the process was very quick and simple. It's the day after the surgery and recovery has been seamless. Would highly recommend this clinic 10/10!
