The Clinic “Pod Tezniami” is a health resort. Spa Clinic provides a wide range of high-quality services from rehabilitation to biological rejuvenation procedures. For more than 35 years Health Clinic provides regeneration and relaxation including various cosmetic procedures at the Dermatology Center.

Spa Clinic “Pod Tezniami” offers therapeutic, rehabilitation and dermatological treatments. It is a Wellness & Spa complex, with an indoor and outdoor all-year swimming pools, a sauna complex and a salt cave.

The Aesthetic Dermatology Center offers exclusive Spa treatments of the whole body.

Together with the Collegium Medicum of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, the Clinic opened a Research and Development Laboratory. Here doctors develop new treatment procedures for the musculoskeletal disorders.

Clinic “Pod Tezniami” provides a wide range of medical services for diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of all kinds of diseases of the cardiovascular system. Including:

Treatment of the musculoskeletal system, arthritis, inflammation of the joints;
Treatment of the respiratory tract diseases;
Treatment and prevention of diseases of the nervous system, sleep disorders, chronic fatigue syndrome, neuritis, and neuralgia;
Prevention and treatment of diseases of the cardiovascular system;
Rehabilitation after a heart attack, valves, and heart surgeries.

The Health Clinic “Pod Tezniami” is honored with an award in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th editions of the Po Prostu Best competition organized by the Polish Hotel Chamber. The Spa Clinic has a lot of Polish national awards regarding the quality of services like the recommendation from Polish Hotel Association.

The Center helps to create (if necessary) a program of physical exercises, as well as to choose a diet because often excess weight becomes the cause of cardiovascular diseases.

The Clinic offers accommodation in 270 functionally equipped rooms and apartments. There are single and double rooms as well as Lux rooms, a possibility of living with animals. All rooms have bathrooms with shower, TV, telephone, internet.

Good Sanatorium with great food. Room without AC is an experience on its own . Treatments are very enjoyable. Scheduling system lacks human touch and minor adjustments are hard to make.You need anti slippery footwear for the pool area. The reward is salt water pool with bubbles. In general: any requests take few days. Entertainment is good. Way to improve is to be more flexible and slightly more responsive :)

The pool/sauna facility is accessible to the public, for a very small fee, no membership necessary. This area is great! It provides a large, very clean round indoor swimming pool, with various jets of cool water on the walls and on the floor. There are also various water pressure dispensers or sort of like fire hoses and water falls that put out tons of water at high pressure for those that like a nice high pressure massage. There's an outside (smaller) rectangular pool with warmer water with also high powered jets on the walls to get those lower back pressure pain points. Overall it's a good place to come relax and very inexpensive. They also provide a range of massage services (I did the 30 minute foot massage for 75zl) it was very good, I passed out :) Great place to come and visit when in the area.

I am a Norwegian and have been there 2 times before. I have ordered another 9 day stay at the end of September 2014. Pod Tezniami is a very good hotel with lots of possiblities for treatment. Highly skilled medical staff, sets up a program for you on the first day. There are three swimmingpools. Massasje, gym, hairdresser, pedicur, manicure, dentist. The rooms are nice with TV (1 or 2 english channels), bath and a fridge. Internet is of decent quality. The restaurant is superb, with high quality buffet three times a day. In the evening there is a popular bar with live music. The polish people is known for dancing, so there will be full dancefloor every night. The bar close at 22, and the SPA/Sanatorium get quiet. There is a small shoppingstreet, several restaurants and bars nearby. The city is crowded in the summer, so a good time to relax and get treatment is maybe outside the high season. The doctors speak English, some of the staff don't. If your polish is not good, use Google Translater. The Sanatorium offer pick up transport from the airports. A bit high if you travel single, 500PLN. It is a 2 hour drive, but you can get there a lot cheaper by train and local taxi..

Incredibly well managed. Fantastic staff very accommodating and going 110% every day. Very good quality of medical services and swimming pools. I would definitely recommend.
