One month and a week after my breast reduction, and I couldn’t be happier! ❣️My experience at Coolest Clinic was nothing short of amazing the care, the professionalism, everything was top-notch. I feel fantastic, no pain at all, and fully recovered! Highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering the procedure.

Two of my female friends had rhinoplasty surgery at Coolest Medical Center and were very satisfied and happy with the results. I would like to express our gratitude to Ms. Fadime, who kindly and thoroughly answered all my questions with detailed information at any time of the day or night, and to Dr. Hasan, a very talented and experienced surgeon. I will wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone.

My friend recently visited this clinic for a hair transplant and had an extremely disappointing experience. From the very beginning, the lack of professionalism and care was evident.
First and foremost, there was no staff member who could speak English. This made communication almost impossible, leaving my friend confused and anxious about the entire procedure. He was never properly informed about what was being done, and no one took the time to explain the process in a language he could understand — a serious concern given this is a surgical intervention, not a casual cosmetic treatment.
The service was incredibly poor. Any attempts at communication were abrupt, cold, and often impolite. There was no warmth, no reassurance, and no basic courtesy that one would expect in a medical setting. It felt like the staff had no interest in the patient as a person — only in taking his money.
What’s worse, he received no clear post-operative instructions. There was no guidance on how to treat the wounds, how to use the shampoos provided, or what to expect during recovery. He was left completely on his own, unsure and worried about whether he was healing correctly or doing something wrong.
Overall, the experience felt like a money-making operation with no regard for patient care or safety. Hair transplantation is a serious procedure that requires clear communication, thorough follow-up, and genuine human care. Sadly, none of that was offered here. My friend walked away not only physically uncomfortable but emotionally upset and disappointed.
I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before choosing this clinic. There are better, more ethical options out there where your health and well-being are taken seriously.

I recently had a hair transplant at this clinic, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a medical setting.
From the moment I arrived, it was clear that communication was going to be a major issue. There was no one on the staff who spoke English fluently, which made it incredibly difficult to understand what was happening before, during, and after the procedure. I was never properly informed about what they were doing to me, and I was left feeling confused and anxious at every step.
The service was shockingly poor. Any time I tried to ask questions or express concerns, the responses were either dismissive or simply rude. There was no sense of care, no empathy, and certainly no professionalism. I felt like I was just another number to them — not a human being undergoing a serious medical procedure.
After the surgery, I received zero guidance. No one explained how to take care of the transplanted area or the donor site. I wasn’t told how to use the shampoos they gave me, what to avoid, or what to expect in the days and weeks after the operation. I was completely on my own.
To be honest, I felt robbed. This wasn’t just bad service — it felt like they were only interested in making money, not in my well-being. A hair transplant is a delicate and important procedure that requires careful attention to detail and a supportive environment. This clinic offered neither.
I strongly advise anyone considering this place to think twice. Your health and your peace of mind are too important to be handled with such disregard. There are better, more responsible clinics out there that actually care about their patients.

We recently traveled to Coolest for my mother’s treatment, arranged through a medical tourism coordinator.
While some aspects of care were fine, we had a frustrating experience that we feel should be shared. My mother’s Invisalign aligners were accidentally thrown away by a hospital staff member during cleaning — even though they were wrapped in tissue inside a clear plastic bag, which clearly did not look like trash.
They were eventually recovered, but when we raised concern, we were told we “should be more careful where we put them.” That felt very dismissive, especially considering we had done exactly that — and this was not our mistake alone.
What made it worse was the lack of English-speaking staff — only the manager and surgeon spoke English. For the rest of our stay, we had to try and figure things out ourselves, often relying on translation apps or guesswork in a medical setting, which is far from ideal. In addition they were not giving my mum pain meds regularly which put her under a lot of stress and discomfort, also ac was not working and it got to 32 degrees in room not ideal at all.
This combination of poor communication, lack of accountability, and dismissive attitudes left us feeling unsupported and stressed — not what you expect from a private hospital as experience as an international patient.
However the surgery went smoothly because of doctor G that I'm grateful and the food was okay only good things I can say.
We hope the hospital takes these issues seriously and improves both communication and staff training to better support foreign patients in the future.
