My partner and I booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance. The appointment was for 11:30, of course we arrived 10 minutes before as usual. Then after waiting for half an hour we got up and said goodbye. I think if they gave the appointment 2 weeks in advance it would be possible to keep it.
In principle, they were in the doctor's office for a consultation, which of course we understand and if you have to wait 5-10-15 minutes, you are tolerant, but half an hour is already ..... ...
On the plus side, the staff at the reception was nice at least. :)
