Exceptional Eye Surgery Experience - Highly Recommended!
I recently underwent eye surgery at DünyaGöz Hastanesi Bağcılar, and I am thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. The results have exceeded my expectations in every way possible.
Dr. Bilal Kavsut proved to be an exceptionally trustworthy specialist who provided me with all the necessary information a patient could need. His expertise and professional approach gave me complete confidence throughout the process. What particularly impressed me was his meticulous attention to managing my allergies during the surgery - his approach was spot-on and ensured my safety and comfort.
Ceylan Hanım, Dr. Kavsut’s assistant, deserves special recognition for being incredibly efficient and consistently available from our very first contact until my departure. Her extensive knowledge and immediate responses to all my queries were truly appreciated. She made the entire journey seamless and stress-free.
The surgery planning desk staff at Level 1 were remarkably helpful, especially when they identified missing blood tests at the last minute. They accommodated everything within the hospital on short notice, which demonstrated their commitment to patient care and efficiency.
The reception and cashier ladies at the main desk were exceptionally accommodating, helpful, and kind to everyone who entered the hospital. Their warm welcome and professional service set a positive tone for the entire experience.
