I came to Forena Clinic with my friend for a skin analysis and treatments. There were multiple friendly staff that were able to communicate in English, Chinese, and Korean (wearing flags above their name tags for their respective languages). Our consultation was with Kelly. Kelly was very kind and patient with us with our multiple questions repeatedly while we deliberated. Terry was very thoughtful and also helped us with communication, checking in after our treatments and offering drinks and snacks/sweets, even a portable battery pack to charge a phone and inquiring the preferred temperature of my tea. Kelly and Brian also checked in multiple times as well. Brian helped us get our VAT refund immediately afterwards. Procedures I got done: Ultherapy 300 shots Onda 60 kJ Aquapeel+ Nose blackhead care Juvelook 4cc+ Rejuran S 4cc They numbed me prior to Ultherapy/Onda and again prior to my Juvelook+Rejuran S given my fear of pain. Ultherapy was done on the lower half of my face with the doctor marking and explaining the key areas that were not supposed to be completed. It felt like a warm tingling sensation and lasted 30-45 minutes. They showed me the total amount of shots when it was completed. Onda was like warm stick to the face and done in about 10-15 minutes. The injections were painful but quick and finished basically 1-2 minutes. The doctor inquired which were my key areas of concern. The doctors were friendly and efficient. I was able to ask the doctors questions in English if needed and they explained the procedures in English before hand. Overall, I would highly recommend coming to this clinic. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond. They even gave us a gift afterwards and included tea bags. So thoughtful! The experience was very relaxing yet efficient. They helped me feel less anxious about getting my procedures done as it was my first time!

Great service!! You can book in advance, location is convenience and well design. I had a skin treatment genesis laser, aqua peel and vitamin treatment. My skin look much better after 1 day! Love the service i will definetly go back again! Reccommened!

This is a real review, this clinic has had a big push in marketing to ask for reviews in return for free or discounted services or being paid for or incentivised. I was silly enough to trust the videos. We had paid for a skin consultation thinking it would be higher quality, it was the most basic consultation with zero detail in comparison to other clinics that do this for free and in much greater detail, with free doctor intervention if needed (like VandS). 88k KRW for a 5 minute consultation with an unqualified random consultant is taking the absolute piss. Maybe we were unlucky with the useless woman we got who barely took any time to go through the analysis. She was upselling more than anything and didn’t take any time to show me what the treatments were, what they did etc, I had to ask so many questions about them and she had the most basic answers and smiled at me blankly? It wasn’t engaging at all, it just felt like she couldn’t be bothered. There are thousands of skin clinics in south korea who offer the same treatments so service and price should differentiate. I would say that they were pretty quick with seeing us (there was about 3 people in the waiting room at 3PM on a Thursday though so the marketing push makes sense..) perhaps that is reflected slightly in the price. I would only go here as a last resort if I knew exactly what I wanted, had a lot of budget to spend and wanted to be seen quickly. Overall, unless you’re an influencer or doing a review for incentives, don’t bother coming here.

Very welcoming and nice atmosphere. Interior is super nice and upscale too. Staff speaks English really well so it was comfortable and all my questions were answered. What I liked the most is that they take a very 1-on-1 approach so my consultation was thorough and all treatments were in private rooms. I was nervous (it was my first time for 2 of the treatments) but staff was really friendly and reassuring. They gave me a plushie to hold 😁 I can recommend, especially if you need objective guidance on what treatments you need.

Made a last min appointment here. Overall, the clinic was clean and modern with reasonable prices compared to the UK/US however I felt you can find somewhere cheaper in Korea with the same level of personalisation - I was expecting a more personalised experience based off research. I was not asked to leave a review for discounts. Breakdown of my experience: 1. Arrival & Check-in • Upon arrival, they took my passport and gave me a locker for my belongings, returning the passport once I stored my items. • The clinic was quiet and modern — professional looking. • I was asked to wash my own face at a sink before proceeding. • I requested a Tax Refund, but later realised it was not processed. • They asked if I wanted a drink which never came 2. Mark Vu Skin Analysis 88k • I had the Mark Vu skin analysis next. I’ve had a very similar analysis in London (at over 45k more), and the results felt almost identical except in London I got detailed skincare recommendations with it. • The procedure was extremely quick, taking only about 30 seconds. • The results were emailed to me immediately, which was convenient. The emailed copy don’t come with a written analysis of suggestions like I have had in London which was a let down - I will rely on chatGPT to analyse. 3. Waiting • After the analysis, I waited roughly 40 minutes before seeing a consultant; I had to ask at the 30-minute mark how much longer it would be as I was told to sit without further explanation. 4. Consultation with Consultant • The consultant talked me through the analysis results and then asked what my concerns were so she could recommend treatments • She recommended 7 treatments, totaling approximately 3.8m. She was professional, honest about pain, downtime, and the fact that one session wouldn’t give a full transformation. Seems she was upselling, though in a professional manner with realistic expectations of each treatment. • I found it weird they tell you what’s wrong but won’t recommend any skincare or products, just their treatments 5. Consultation with Doctor • I asked to see the doctor to narrow down the recommendations. He validated everything the consultant said and didn’t provide any new information, which felt like a waste of money/time. • The only useful input from the doctor was regarding asymmetry: he honestly said they couldn’t do much, but recommended Elanse (2cc) and Ultherapy (3000 shots). He was not pushy. • From what I could tell, the doctor did not refer to my Mark Vu analysis. • The doctor then left me with the consultant to decide what I wanted. As it was all written in Korean I was quite confused so I requested a printout of all recommended treatments with prices in English • I took the printout back to the waiting room to do some research 6. Treatments After reviewing my options, I decided on: • Black Peel: It smelled initially but was tolerable; left on for 5 minutes. • Extraction/Acne Removal: Slightly painful but manageable. • Blackhead Removal (Nose): Quite painful; I couldn’t remove my nose stud, so the procedure wasn’t as thorough (my fault). • Cooling Mask: Applied while waiting for the next treatment which was relaxing. • Ethosome PTT, Picosure Laser & Jaw Botox (Coretox): All completed within 5–10 minutes, painless, and professionally done. Would come back for these treatments. 7. Aftercare & Downtime • Very little explanation about downtime; the receptionist only mentioned the usual “you may experience redness or swelling, etc.” Overall Feedback • The staff were polite and professional however I wouldn’t recommend talking to the Doctor as the Consultant is knowledgeable and will repeat the same thing. • Communication was the biggest weakness: I was moved from room to room with no explanation of what’s next or what to expect before each treatment. So ask questions! • Main takeaway: go in with a rough idea of what you want. They will give a long list of treatments, but it’s up to you to filter and decide what’s right. • If I were to visit Korea again, I would go if I knew what I wanted Total Time Spent: About 3.5 hours
