I recently underwent robotic gallbladder stone removal surgery under the care of Dr. Neeraj Chaudhary. Dr. Neeraj is not only an expert in his field but also a calm and patient listener who takes the time to explain everything in detail. His reassuring and positive approach instills confidence and makes the entire process seamless.
His team, including Dr. Hari Om and Gaurav, were equally supportive, approachable, and guided me through every step of the journey.
I am recovering well and truly grateful to Dr. Neeraj Chaudhary and his dedicated team for their excellent care.

I was admitted for almost 9 days in the hospital and case of emergency. From doctors to nurses to dietician everyone was super caring. I would like to send appreciation to Mr. Devu, Tarun, Megha, Regiovi, Shivani, and Abhiya for taking such good care of me. Also, Dr. Hemanth and Dr. Sonam handled the case very well. Surely, recommended.

The visit at the hospital is outstanding, every one was highly cooperative particularly Miss Khushi Jha at the front desk is really fantastic in her job. Dr Ruhi, paediatrician checked my daughter and the her service too is outstanding. We like to visit the hospital once again.

I went to for an admission on this hospital and everything was discussed and agreed. I was assigned room 121. It was around 4 30 pm and I was already dehydrated and feeling cold cause I was suffering from dengue fever. The staff at the reception told me to wait for 15 minutes for my room to ready. I waited for 2 hours not 15 minutes and that too I did not get the room....the staff just keeps extending 15 mins each time I asked for an update...later around 6 30 pm after waiting for 2 whole hours they said... I have to wait for another houror check for other hospitals....I was so frustrated that I also raised a complaint to fortis....the staff's unprofessionalism and ignorance was shocking to see. Never go to this fortis...there are a lot of different options like Max or Apollo
