My experience at Hairmedico was exceptional from start to finish. The team demonstrated outstanding communication, answering all my questions and setting clear, realistic expectations. The clinic environment was welcoming, and the staff provided excellent care, making me feel comfortable and well-cared for.
A major reason for my confidence was Dr. Arslan's hands-on approach. He was present throughout the entire surgery and personally performed the majority of the key procedures. His professionalism, competence, and serious dedication to his work were evident, and it made all the difference.
The post-operative care was just as impressive. I was immediately given all the necessary medications with simple, clear instructions. The clinic performed my first hair wash and even offered additional washes during my stay in Istanbul at no extra cost, which was a very generous and helpful service.
I also received a comprehensive post-care package with detailed instructions, ensuring I could continue my recovery at home with ease.
I felt completely comfortable and secure with their service and would highly recommend Hairmedico to anyone seeking a great hair transplant experience with truly dedicated care and treatment.

Excellent Doctor!
I trusted him 100% and didn’t even check the hairline before the operation — that’s how confident I was. The procedure went smoothly, and Dr. Arslan personally performed most of the work. Right after the operation, I saw the result, and it was exactly what I wanted and needed — absolutely perfect.
His team was incredibly friendly and attentive, checking on me constantly throughout the procedure — walking in, asking if everything was okay, and making sure I was comfortable the whole time.
The overall service was also great. The hotel was decent with a good breakfast, and I had a private driver from arrival, during the procedure days, and all the way to departure.
I would like to sincerely thank the entire clinic for their professionalism and care. It’s been just 2 days since the operation, but I will definitely write a more detailed review in about 6 months once the final results come in.

I had my hair transplant at Hairmedico about a year ago, and I can honestly say that it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. The entire experience – from my first contact with the clinic to the post-operative care – was smooth, professional, and extremely reassuring.
Dr. Arslan is truly a world-renowned expert in hair transplantation. Before making my decision, I did a lot of research, especially because female hair transplant procedures require a different level of skill and attention to detail. I wanted to be sure I was in good hands – and I absolutely was. Dr. Arslan has a deep understanding of hairline design, density, and natural aesthetics. The results I’ve achieved after one year are incredibly natural and have exceeded my expectations. My hair looks fuller, healthier, and I feel much more confident.
What impressed me just as much as the medical expertise was the level of care and organization provided by the Hairmedico team. From the moment I landed in Istanbul, they took care of everything – airport transfer, hotel accommodation, transportation to the clinic, translation assistance – I never felt lost or stressed at any point during my stay. The team was always friendly, responsive, and genuinely supportive.
The day of the procedure was handled with great professionalism. I was fully informed about each step, and the team made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. It was clear that they had a lot of experience, and that gave me even more confidence.
Post-op care was another strong point. They followed up with me regularly, answered my questions, and gave me detailed instructions on how to care for my scalp during the healing process. The aftercare support made a big difference in my recovery and results.

Sono andato dal Dr. Arslan per il mio trapianto di capelli 1 anno e mezzo fa (oct-24) e adesso posso dire che sono pienamente soddisfatto della mia scelta e del risultato. Anche se per un certo periodo è stato un po’ difficile (ad esempio per dormire), non ho nessun rimpianto nel vedere i miei capelli e, se dovessi farlo di nuovo, lo rifarei senza esitazione.

Crescita dei capelli fantastica dopo soli 17 settimane!
La professionalità, l’ufficio e le strutture della lunch bar. Zoriana è stata un’infermiera molto disponibile. Dopo appena 17 settimane vedo già una buona crescita dei capelli. Molto impressionante!
La zona della sommità è un po’ indietro, ma sta recuperando velocemente. Non vedo l’ora dei prossimi 6–8 mesi. La crescita dei capelli dovrebbe essere incredibile.

Siamo molto contenti della nostra esperienza in clinica e con il dottor Arslan. L’assistenza è estremamente individuale: ci si sente come pazienti VIP, non come in un processo in serie. Al giorno vengono eseguite al massimo due operazioni, il che dimostra qualità e attenzione. Il dottor Arslan e il suo team sono eccellenti dal punto di vista professionale, gentili e premurosi. Assolutamente consigliato!

Realizzazione trapianto di capelli HairMedico
Ho eseguito un trapianto di capelli presso HairMedico a Istanbul il 28/01/2026 (3000 innesti) e desidero condividere la mia eccellente esperienza.
Dès mon arrivée, tutto è stato perfettamente organizzato: presa in carico dall’aeroporto, trasferimento comodo fino all’hotel che a sua volta è un hotel molto valido, accoglienza calorosa e rassicurante. Ci si sente subito tra buone mani. Il conducente poi viene a prendervi in hotel la mattina del giorno dell’operazione.
Il giorno del trapianto, il team ha dimostrato grande professionalità. Le assistenti del dottore sono estremamente competenti, attente e gentili. Il dottore spiega ogni fase con chiarezza e si prende davvero il tempo per rassicurarvi, cosa molto importante in questo tipo di intervento.
Il dottore Arslan è un vero esperto nel suo campo, molto alla mano con cui si può scambiare facilmente due chiacchiere durante e dopo il trapianto sorseggiando un buon tè turco. La sua esperienza professionale si percepisce subito: diagnosi precisa, spiegazioni chiare, gesti padroneggiati e grande rigore medico. In clinica in genere operano un paziente al massimo due al giorno, privilegiando la qualità. Nel mio caso avevo una zona donatrice con densità piuttosto bassa, quindi il dottore ha dovuto prelevare strategicamente gli innesti per non danneggiare la zona donatrice e reimpiantarli strategicamente per coprire la zona diradata. Questo ispira una vera fiducia, sapendo che in base al pacchetto che scegliete, è lui a realizzare l’estrazione e le incisioni. Il dottore mi ha fatto beneficiare di cure aggiuntive che non erano necessariamente incluse nel mio pacchetto, e vorrei ringraziarlo di nuovo per questo. Sono quasi a 10 giorni dal trapianto, ma i risultati sembrano promettenti guardando la prima ricrescita e le cure complementari fornite nel pacchetto per la ricrescita dei capelli durante i mesi successivi.
Un enorme grazie anche ad Anaïs, la cui comunicazione è stata perfetta dall’inizio alla fine. Sempre disponibile, reattiva e premurosa, è riuscita a rispondere a tutte le mie domande prima, durante e dopo il trapianto. Il follow-up post-operatorio è molto serio: consigli chiari e accompagnamento rassicurante, con foto da inviare regolarmente ad Anaïs.
Consiglio HairMedico senza alcuna esitazione per la qualità delle cure, l’organizzazione impeccabile, l’esperienza medica e l’aspetto umano di tutto il team. Anche se il trapianto di capelli è una decisione stressante e difficile da prendere, porto con me un’esperienza molto positiva che rifarei senza esitazione.
