My experience at Hairmedico was exceptional from start to finish. The team demonstrated outstanding communication, answering all my questions and setting clear, realistic expectations. The clinic environment was welcoming, and the staff provided excellent care, making me feel comfortable and well-cared for. A major reason for my confidence was Dr. Arslan's hands-on approach. He was present throughout the entire surgery and personally performed the majority of the key procedures. His professionalism, competence, and serious dedication to his work were evident, and it made all the difference. The post-operative care was just as impressive. I was immediately given all the necessary medications with simple, clear instructions. The clinic performed my first hair wash and even offered additional washes during my stay in Istanbul at no extra cost, which was a very generous and helpful service. I also received a comprehensive post-care package with detailed instructions, ensuring I could continue my recovery at home with ease. I felt completely comfortable and secure with their service and would highly recommend Hairmedico to anyone seeking a great hair transplant experience with truly dedicated care and treatment.

Excellent Doctor! I trusted him 100% and didn’t even check the hairline before the operation — that’s how confident I was. The procedure went smoothly, and Dr. Arslan personally performed most of the work. Right after the operation, I saw the result, and it was exactly what I wanted and needed — absolutely perfect. His team was incredibly friendly and attentive, checking on me constantly throughout the procedure — walking in, asking if everything was okay, and making sure I was comfortable the whole time. The overall service was also great. The hotel was decent with a good breakfast, and I had a private driver from arrival, during the procedure days, and all the way to departure. I would like to sincerely thank the entire clinic for their professionalism and care. It’s been just 2 days since the operation, but I will definitely write a more detailed review in about 6 months once the final results come in.

I had my hair transplant at Hairmedico about a year ago, and I can honestly say that it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Before making my decision, I did a lot of research, especially because female hair transplant procedures require a different level of skill and attention to detail. I wanted to be sure I was in good hands – and I absolutely was. Dr. Arslan has a deep understanding of hairline design, density, and natural aesthetics. The results I’ve achieved after one year are incredibly natural and have exceeded my expectations. My hair looks fuller, healthier, and I feel much more confident. What impressed me just as much as the medical expertise was the level of care and organization provided by the Hairmedico team. From the moment I landed in Istanbul, they took care of everything – airport transfer, hotel accommodation, transportation to the clinic, translation assistance – I never felt lost or stressed at any point during my stay. The team was always friendly, responsive, and genuinely supportive. The day of the procedure was handled with great professionalism. I was fully informed about each step, and the team made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. It was clear that they had a lot of experience, and that gave me even more confidence.
