During our staying in Izmir Turkey, a need for medical help occurred, for our family. A strong iosis has made us as feel very bad and insecured. Also because of our previous bad experience in another private clinic in Izmir, our insecurity was very high. Thank God, we found a very nice and modern clinic, Ozel Ento KBB clinic in Izmir Turkey, were we have been treated with high professionalism and care. Thanks to the highly qualified personnel, and the excellent doctors and medical staff, we managed to find what we needed in order to feel safe, and secured. Special thanks to Mrs Burcu Ozilhan who has stand by our side since our first visit in the clinic, facilitating us and making easier and more comfortable our experience in the clinic. Thank you all!

Due to sleep apnea, I underwent nasal bone correction, turbinate removal, and sinus surgery performed by Dr. Ümit FİLİZ. Despite having three surgeries simultaneously, my doctor predicted a painless and very comfortable post-operative period. I was very pleased with Dr. Ümit's neurosurgery skills, as well as his pre- and post-operative information (even when we called for consultations at 2 a.m.), his sincere and polite approach to patients, and most importantly, his highly ethical approach. My breathing improved significantly after the surgery. Furthermore, all ENTO staff are extremely professional and friendly in their duties, so beyond the usual stress of surgery, we experienced no stress during the entire procedure. Dr. Ümit's operating room appointment attendant, Sıdıka Sezen, provided a particularly comfortable and positive approach and kept us informed throughout the entire process. I was also very pleased with the attitude of Dr. Ümit's secretary, Gül Hanım, the receptionist, Hatice Hanım, and the nurses and staff on the hospitalization floor. I've detailed them all to emphasize that this is an establishment where you'll feel right at home, from the moment you enter the building to the moment you leave. You can feel at ease in the ENTO family.

My son underwent adenoidectomy on September 23, 2025, by Op. Dr. Ümit Filiz. We were very pleased with the attentiveness and friendly hospital staff, both before and after the surgery. The surgery went very well, and we were discharged the same day after 3-4 hours. My son didn't even feel any pain at home; it felt like he hadn't had surgery at all. Our doctor's attentiveness and knowledge made us feel very comfortable. Thank you so much for everything. 🤲🤲

I had nose surgery on September 23, 2025. I would like to thank my ENT doctor, Mr. SEZGİN BEKDEMİR, for her attentiveness and sincerity. Despite being very new, my nose looks great, and the process was very comfortable. All the staff were also very attentive. There was a lady, whose name I can't remember, who I stayed there after the surgery. I especially thank her very much. She came and attended me constantly throughout the night. She was very friendly. I've never seen a nurse who loved her job and cared for her patients so much. I also thank Sıdıka, who worked in the surgery planning department, for her friendly and attentive care. All the staff were attentive, and the hospital environment was clean and tidy. We were satisfied, and I recommend her.
