Horrible. ZERO CLARITY ABOUT THEIR COSTS.
I went for a dental cleaning and one of my composite veneers was broken. They came to give me a quote. They told me it would be $400 for the repair. I made an appointment, and when it was over, they charged me over $1,000. They told me it was the repair plus the appointment with the specialist. They didn't have a separate appointment just for the repair, so I had to pay the specialist's fee. They NEVER mentioned this, not even when they gave me the quote. And the worst part was, the specialist only dealt with porcelain veneers and wanted to force me to sell them that type. They told me there was another specialist who dealt with composite veneers, and I had to schedule an appointment with her. In other words, I'd have to pay double! What they made me pay for that specialist was money down the drain.

Terrible, I wouldn't recommend undergoing difficult procedures!!! I received terrible care and responsibility when I had a complication from a tooth extraction!! I went to the emergency room and they only gave me pain medication when I had a serious complication, with no access to a specialist (there's no communication with him, he only works on certain days, and my appointment with him was cancelled so he could perform surgery on someone else). Then the manager and corporate did nothing. Cheap is expensive.
