Excellent facilities and service provided to my dad during his time at the hospital when he was admitted due to 3rd stroke. Dr. Anita Mathew provided great care and analysis of his condition which helped us choose comfort care for him before his passing. Our patient relations officer Miss Vinci was also of great help, it was always pleasant talking to her and she always made sure our needs were met, always coming to check on us and if everything was as per our requirements. Also, the nurses in the Signature floor were day in and day out working extra hard to make sure my dad got the best care. Anytime we called they were always ready to help. My dad received the best treatment before his passing and I will always appreciate that.

This review is posted for treatment (ongoing) begun since 2018 to 2020 and counting. My wife underwent treatment for PCOS by an exceptional Doctor: Dr. Sangeeta Raodeo. The doctor not only identified the root cause but also worked with us to evaluate first and second line of treatment in a cost effective and timely manner. When we saw the benefits, we opted for a more direct intervention and the doctor pulled all ends together to ensure the surgery was completed over a weekend and my wife could rest and recuperate to join normal routine ASAP. The hospital staff was courteous and costs were under control. I used my company insurance and therefore the procedures were covered under cashless option. Post op follow up has been timely and helpful.If you are coming to Fortis for gynaec treatment, look.no further than Dr. Sangeeta Raodeo. The doctor has won award in her field and is down to earth and spends time answering your questions ... Rare to find such doctor in gynaecology when everyone else just wants to work on easy cases, low hanging fruits, and child deliveries.

Excellent hospitality in a hospital. Will recommend this for proper diagnosis and after care. The nursing and other paramedical staff and security in cath lab ICU, floor 7 were very prompt, polite and friendly and guided properly.The food served to both patients and relatives was Excellant and had great choice. Special thanks to Mr Ibrahim of cafeteria for taking care and giving very good service. Clean kitchen and caferia where you have ample place for relatives to sit and eat food at a nominal price. The housekeeping staff were very prompt and always serviced with a smiling face. Special thanks to Dr Rawat Dr Ravindra and the staff cath lab and ICU for doing a great job. Special thanks to nursing staff and Ms Vinci for loving care. Thanks to the housing keeping staff for following all the protocol. Like changing linen every day cleaning the rooms twice etc.
