My experience at this clinic was excellent. Dr Rachel was very patient in explaining my condition, and very competent with treatments. She is really good at managing pain expectations. Everyone and Ms Carriene at the front desk was also very friendly, welcoming, and professional.

I came here for a keloid scar treatment with Dr Rachel. The doctors and staff are really great and friendly! Dr Rachel is patient and detail oriented. She examined my scar on the first visit and gave me alternatives on which treatments I can get! The best part is there is absolutely no hard sell or pressure to proceed with the treatments. Overall a very comfortable experience and rest assured, you'll be in good hands if you choose this place for treatments :)
