Excellent organisation of the trip (meeting, translation, accommodation, prompt resolution of everyday issues). Ekaterina and Ivan's work is impeccable. The doctors are professional, quick, provide maximum pain relief, the clinic is well equipped, and the staff are polite and attentive.

To confirm the cost of services more convincingly, especially after it has changed compared to what was agreed in advance.

In my case, the following happened: after the implantation, an estimate for the crowns was made and the full price was agreed upon. When I arrived for the implantation, it turned out that I would have to pay more than previously agreed. Since I would need a different system for the crowns on the upper jaw and it costs more! All this is understandable, but I don't understand why I was not informed about this at the first visit? It should have been informed that if everything is fine, it will be so, if not, there are other options, but they cost more and there is no problem, a person will immediately decide for himself that it is necessary to have more money with you or to look for other options! And that would be fair!
