My mother was admitted in Max Hospital, Patparganj for treatment of a liver abscess, and Dietician Ms. Purvi was guiding her diet during this period. She provided a very well-balanced and patient-friendly diet plan suitable for the condition, including healthy options like fresh fruits, juices, and nariyal pani. Her diet plan really helped in improving recovery and maintaining strength. Purvi Ma’am is very caring, polite, and professional. She listens carefully, explains everything clearly, and ensures that the diet supports the treatment effectively.

Dr. Aarti Puri is truly one of the best gynecologists in the country — her expertise, care, and calm approach made the entire journey smooth and reassuring. The service here is really good hospitality department is really kind and helpful. No doubt that the doctors are really really good but a good hospital is nothing without it's administration and staff, but here you have it all under one roof. Pooja, Nishant, Sanjeev, Ghazal, Seema from security on 7th floor all are really really good.

Worst Hospital of delhi. They charged the fees 3 times for the same service, which is completely unacceptable. Instead of focusing on patient care, it feels like their priority is only collecting money. The patient only had stomach pain, yet the hospital added charges for things like dressing gloves in the bill, which were never used. On top of that, they charged the consultation fees multiple times. Such experiences break trust and create unnecessary stress for patients and families. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their billing transparency.” Patient is coming to you for his take care but you guys are only thinking about the money how they can collect money.

I would like to share my experience at Max Hospital, Patparganj. The staff was extremely supportive and well-organized. Ms. Preeti at the front desk patiently listened to all my queries and scheduled my appointment efficiently. A special thanks to Miss. Aksa, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She assisted me at every step until my health check-up was completed. The doctors were also excellent — they listened attentively, addressed my concerns with patience, and provided clear explanations about my health issues. Overall, it was a smooth and reassuring experience.
