The Hospital is good overall. The cleanliness standards are maintained. There is enough seating area. One is advised to take appointments online via their helpline no after the first visit for regular treatment. Emergency cases are dealt separately. The waiting time to see doctor can be very long even after arriving at the appointment time. This can be improved upon. Medanta pharmacy is present within the hospital. Parking for private vehicle is also available, but which is paid and should be made free of cost.

If i could give negative stars, I would. This is the worst hospital ever. No staff really cares for the patient. They keep postponing the tests and reports. They make false promises. Mention wrong diagnosis. Thr patient will have to ask 5 times to get one glass of water. I sincerely mean this: do yourself a favour and stay away from this money milking machine. I hope it goes down and some new caring hospital Opens up. We have all suffered enough from this hospital. No one ever should. HATE MEDANTA. The staff. The doctors. Pathetic service. Massive delays.

We had a very good experience at Medanta Medicity hospital. Dr Dubey and hus team were great! The Physio team were lovely, lead by Dr Amit. Physios Chirag, Asmita , Karan desrve a s pecial shout out for bei g so kind, encouraging, positive and caring towards our Mum. The transporters were also fantastic.
The Nursing care was overall good . Special thanks to nurses, Suparna,Sneha, Preeti , Sanjana , Prolika and all the team ( sorry I've forgotten some names) . GDAs Neha and Phul Kumari are exceptional! They need to be cloned. They are so kind, caring and always smiling in spote of being super busy. We are very grateful to them for their wonderful approach to our mother. Special thanks to Raju bhaiya for all the support with lifting and standing. also thanks to the Dietician. Special shout out to Mumtaz , from the donestic cleaning team , who was always eager to cleN our room . Sorry if I have missed anyone .
There is always room for improvement and I think to make the patient experience better, the hospital could get sone more bedside commodes and perhaps consider employing sone more GDAs and nurses.
That said, we are grateful to all the staff involved in our Mum's surgery and post -op care , for looking after her with such care and kindness. Thank you!

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the conduct of Ms Swati (Coordinator of Dr Rajiv Parikh), during my visit on 30/07/2025. Her manner was unprofessional, rude and misbehaved. Her attitude was disrespectful not only to me but also to other patients in the waiting area. Despite arriving on time for my scheduled appointment, I was left waiting for over 4.30 hour.
My appointment with the doctor was at 4.15 pm and 4.30 pm (for 2 patients). My billing was done at 4.35 pm. The team doctor saw me and advised me for doppler test. After billing for doppler, my doppler test was done in the last. I waited for at least 1.30 hours for doppler test and for report half an hour. After that when I went back to the reception after getting the test done, the coordinator SWATI said that Dr Parikh have gone to the OT, it will take at least 45 minutes. Dr Parikh came back from the OT around 9 pm. He had seen 2 patients before me so they were already shouting. After that she sent some other patient who had come after me and his billing time was 5:30 pm and his appointment was also late. When I told the coordinator why he sent that patient first, my patient's number was there before him, she said "kya hua agar ek patient ko bhej diya”(Cash patient) after that she started laughing as if it did not matter to her, then she said “ab toh pehle kisi or patient ki dressing karwaugi phir apko bhejugi”. We left the hospital without consultation by 9:20 pm for one patient.
Such behavior is not acceptable in a medical environment where patients expect compassion and efficiency.
I request that this issue be addressed appropriately, as it reflects poorly on the hospital’s service standards. I will never recommend anyone. Bed experience. I fill the feedback form regarding this but no action was taken.

I recently visited Medanta and my experience was truly exceptional, thanks to the outstanding care and attention provided by the staff and doctors.
Highlights of My Experience
• Sushmita’s Service: Sushmita exemplifies excellent customer service. She was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to making my visit smooth and stress-free.
• Dr. Pawan Rawal: Dr. Rawal was exceptionally helpful and approachable. He made sure to explain every detail, listened patiently, and addressed all my concerns thoroughly.
• Dr. Kartikey Bhargava: Dr. Bhargava’s expertise was evident from the start. He was attentive and took the time to answer all my questions, giving me confidence in my treatment plan.
• Dietitian Dr. Parul Yadav: Dr. Parul Yadav is extremely knowledgeable. She carefully crafted a diet plan tailored to my unique body needs and specific health issues. Her personalized approach ensured that my nutritional requirements were fully met and easy to follow.
• Facility Quality: The Medanta facility continues to be impressive—modern, clean, and equipped with everything needed for patient comfort.
Areas for Improvement
Although most of my interactions were wonderful, I did encounter a few staff members who could benefit from further training in customer interaction to match the high standards set by Sushmita and the doctors.

If you’re visiting Medanta, I highly recommend seeking the support of Sushmita, Dr. Pawan Rawal, Dr. Kartikey Bhargava, and dietitian Dr. Parul Yadav. Their dedication and expertise make all the difference for a positive and reassuring healthcare experience.
