They arbitrarily change the booked appointments, even if you book an appointment! I booked an ultrasound for 7:45 PM, they called me a day before, saying that the doctor had to leave and that I could go no later than 6:30 PM! Afterwards, the receptionist blurted out that the doctor had nothing to do, that there were no reservations after 6:15 PM, and that the doctor would not wait there for 1.5 hours! I chose this appointment because it was good! I booked it knowing that I would receive the service, but unfortunately this is one of those providers! When I asked if I would get the same service even if I booked for 7:45 PM, the answer was that they cannot guarantee it! It is a shame that a private provider allows this! Even the more serious providers sometimes call me to ask if I can go earlier, but if I say no, they accept that and I can go when the reservations are available! And the doctor will wait, I think it's worth it for the prices! So I can't recommend Medolis, only if you don't want to go for an appointment! But then why?

Professional, well-trained doctors, kind and people-oriented staff.
I am a returning patient at Medolis Medical Center, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. It is truly a center where the management also cares about the fate and satisfaction of the patients. It is a pleasure to experience that there is such a well-trained and conscientious team in the country. We need more of them 😊
