Since I paid, the most sentences I heard is: We are sorry. Then I never get replied before I call or write to them twice.First circle, they forgot to give me prescription and let me have injections immediately, otherwise my eggs would be grown enough and lost, and I don't even have a prescription. Then I just got TWO embryo, of which ONLY ONE could be transferred. AND FAILED.Second and the last term, they give me prescription suddenly afternoon, let me out for looking for late-opening pharmacy, just 3hours after my transfer. Choose them and you will lern several ways to say: I/we am/are sorry.

Después de recorrer las que supuestamente eran las clinicas mas prestigiosas de España, solo ahí supieron encontrar mi problema a la primera...nunca les podré agradecer la atención exquisita y personal que recibí. Ya con mi bebe en casa :)

Nous avons ete incroyablement bien accueillis par le personnel de la clinique. Une vraie attention et un professionalisme continue pendant toute la procedure de FIV. Nous recommendons ce centre pour toute personne souhaitant augmenter ses chances et souhaitant trouver un endroit ou le personnel est honnete, serieux et competent.

Accueil très professionnel et individuel. On croirait que vous êtes unique! Consultation claire et prise en charge optimale même pour ce qui ne relève pas du soin. J'ai perdu mon ordinateur et ils m'ont aidé pour la police !!!Réussite du premier coup et maintenant des jumeaux en pleine forme !!!

Estupenda clinica, tras haber probado varias en Madrid (4), esta es la que mas me gustó y con mucha diferencia. Ademas es la que logró el exito y nos ayudó a conseguir nuestra hija, en una circunstancia complicada. Procreatec cuenta con un equipo de grandes profesionales en el que saben lo que hacen, son claros en la comunicación, flexibles para dar todas las facilidades, amables en el trato y puntuales. Especial agradecimiento a la Dra Ruth Fernandez-Segura, por su apoyo, tesón y su disponibilidad a trabajar con profesionales de otras clinicas y países.

J’ai été très bien informé de la part du dr.jennifer Rayward. Elle nous a bien expliqué ce qui était le mieux dans notre cas et quels étaient nos chances de réussite pour un traitement ou un autre. Ce qui a poussé notre choix pour procreatec a été la disponibilité du personnel, qui nous a toujours répondu très vite et clairement, et également le choix de techniques plus sûres en laboratoire. Après comparaison avec d’autre centres, Procreatec présente un laboratoire plus avancé et de meilleurs résultats. Nous sommes très satisfaits de Procreatec et tenions à le faire partager.

Really poor , inconsistent service. Didn’t feel I got the information I needed at all. Felt they were more keen to take my money than anything else. A pushy asssitant insisted I did their survey to say how good the clinic was when I was still groggy after the procedure. Won’t be going back.
