The nurses were always friendly and smiling which made me feel at ease. They also reassured me that everything was normal when I got anxious. The surgeon was very receptive and made sure I was happy with the outcome, I’m grateful he listened to me instead of telling me what I should want.
Maybe faster response time over WhatsApp but honestly I’m sure they’re busy and doing their best so I don’t really have any complaints.

Everything from start to finish was handled very well for me. The clinic and Bookimed were very accommodating to whatever I needed. Very minimal planning on my end because they already handled it

They have a clinic in good condition.
Almost no one at the clinic speaks English, so it's best to go with a translator. The surgeon didn't pay much attention and didn't explain the surgery properly. I was told I would have the choice of sedation, but I didn't; he chose it without consulting me. And on the other occasions I saw him, he wasn't wearing appropriate sanitary clothing. However, the nurses were very good, attentive, and wearing appropriate sanitary clothing.
