I booked my Visit three Months in advance an important visit. I took one day off at work, I travelled 600 km, I arrived on time, I waited half an hour behind the door. Finally I discovered the doctor was not there, absent for the next 10 days. The welcome desk just said Sorry you Need to reserve another visit. Who pays for this poor service? Who will refund me for the useless journey?

The nurses and the facility itself are not bad! Two stars because if you ask for your medical records, they will charge you €30, and they cannot even provide them in electronic format! I mean, we are talking about my documents after paying the clinic hundreds of dollars! All this in 2024! Management? Are you there?

Rude telephone operators if you are not italian. No patience at all. Not very well organised. The doctors are nice but I think they should have more administrative support from the clinic staff so they can have more time for the patient.

Stay away from this clinic!
My wife and I had the worst healthcare experience in this clinic. First of all, if you are not Italian be ready for xenophobia.
Second, they will overcharge you. We paid Euro 180 for an appointment and were told that the second appointment (when the doctor would check the exams) would cost Euro 90. In the end they charged Euro 180 again, my wife was there alone and she doesn't speaks Italian very well so she couldn't argue.
And the cherry on the top was the doctor, according to his diagnose my wife had IBS, Irritable Bowl Syndrome. His treatment: Trimebutina, probiotics, and he said that she needs to put on weight... well, my wife is 1.70m height and weights 56kg... he didn't care about her diet or even recommended a nutritionist. BTW, his diagnose was wrong and in addition of being mistreated by the staff we wasted over Euro 600.
