You’re warmly greeted by the charming Nicolas, who takes time to explain how TIAM operates. He welcomes you with a glass of champagne, the best locally brewed kombucha I’ve ever tasted, and Swiss chocolate — a touch of luxury that sets the tone.
After completing a brief form, Dr. H personally comes out to greet you. The consultation is thorough and unhurried. He carefully evaluates your skin, asks thoughtful follow-up questions, and recommends treatments tailored to your specific needs. Dr. H’s experience with melanated skin, and his work with diverse populations, shines through — making you feel truly seen, heard, and cared for.
From start to finish, the customer service at TIAM is exceptional. They go above and beyond before, during, and even after your appointment.
