As a tourist avoid this hospital at all costs. Huge waiting times you have to pay 150 euros if you dont have an insurance and with the same price you can go to a private clinic and have a proper treatment. I had food poisoning waited 2 hours to be seen by a doctor and after a fast check up of blood pressure i was left waiting for 3 hours without any notice before i was seen again. I could have stayed at the hotel better. Not to mention the staff was impolite and nobody cared at all. Horrific experience...

Ausgezeichnete Behandlung meines Sohns auf der Kindernephrologie. Das Team ist kompetent, mitfühlend und großartig im Umgang mit den kleinen Patienten. Ich kann garnicht genug danken für die tolle Begleitung durch eine sehr schwere Zeit.

Sehr gutes Krankenhaus. Die Pfleger, Schwestern und Ärzte sind so professionell, freundlich, hilfsbereit und erklären dir alles ganz genau was sie gerade machen. Liebe Grüße an dieser Stelle an das ganze Team der Intensivstation im grünen Bettenturm. Man wird wirklich komplett durchgecheckt (Kieferchirurg, Augenarzt, HNO-Arzt, Lungenfacharzt ), wenn etwas abgeklärt werden muss. Dort fühlt man sich super gut aufgehoben. Ob Station oder Ambulanz tolles Krankenhaus!!!

Also 3 Stunden zu warten ist mehr als eine Frechheit, ich verstehe ja das sehr viel zu tun ist und ihr euch nicht in 10 teilen könnt aber 3 Stunden? Da kamen andere die nach mir gekommen sind früher dran?

Station 17B Grünes Bettenhaus Kinderorthopedie:Frau Claudia Swoboda war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und sehr höflich. Sie hat sich sehr gut um meine Tochter gekümmert.

Ich habe mein Mann mit Herzinfakt zum Notfall station gebracht,Er wurde sofort angenommen,und sehr gut versorgt,Sie haben ihm sein Leben gerettet ich bin sehr dankbar,alle sehr lieb,super TEAM!

Ich war am freitag 06.03.2020 in der hno ambulanz mit beschwerden das ich seit 2 wochen fast durchgehend tag und nacht nasenbluten habe in der hno ambulanz damit mir geholfen wird also ehrlich bis auf die dame am schalter hat mir dort keiner geholfen (danke nochmal an die nette dame ) :)Anschliessend rief mich der arzt schon und meinte das ich nachhause fahren soll und mir einfach kalte umschläge auf denn nacken geben soll was ich eh schon von klein auf immer mache aber es nichts bringt das war das letzte mal das ich in der akh hno ambulanz war !!!!!

Die Wartezeiten im AKH sind meist seeehr lange! Und manchmal weiß "die Rechte Hand nicht was die linke tut". Das Personal leistet jedoch fast übermenschliches! Die meisten sind trotz enorm viel Arbeit immer noch sehr nett und bemüht! Dass dort in den Zimmern die schlichten Holzkreuze hängen, ist für mich ein weiterer Pluspunkt für das AKH. Es macht Hoffnung und das Zimmer auch etwas heimeliger. Auch die Seelsorge-Angebote dort für die großen Religionen, sind großartig und werden gerade in einem Krankenhaus so sehr gebraucht!!! Bitte weiter so!

Dieses Krankenhaus ist nicht weiter zum empfehlen eine Katastrophe überhaupt für Kinder mit gaumenspalte und der Arzt was sie operiert hat er ist auch nicht weiter zum empfehlen und die Station 17B ich weiss nicht was die Ärzte dort studiert aber sicher keine Medizin egal was ich gefragt habe war die Antwort ich weiss nicht aber Hauptsache beste Krankenhaus in Wien dieses Krankenhaus ist ein Witz sonst nichts
