Boris Pekárek

Dr. Boris Pekárek is a gastroenterologist and gastrointestinal surgeon. He has led the Gastroenterology Department at the National Cancer Institute since 2017. Dr. Pekárek specializes in the endoscopic diagnosis and treatment of early tumors.

Specialization and Clinical Focus

Dr. Pekárek uses minimally invasive endoscopic techniques for the digestive tract. He treats early-stage tumors in the esophagus, stomach, colon, and rectum. He also treats various chronic conditions using these methods.
