- Experience at the Red Cross Hospital and Sagrat Cor de Barcelona (1988-1989).
- Career : Consultant physician (1990-1993), clinical director (1994-1999) and director of the thoracic surgery service at a private medical centre in Barcelona (2000 to date).
- Head of the Thoracic Surgery Service at the Hospital Clínic de Barcelona (March 2010 to present).
