Dr. Inci Emekli is a neurologist at PARMER, Istanbul Medipol University (2025–). She specializes in Parkinson’s disease and movement disorders. Dr. Buse Cagla Ari, MD, is an Associate Professor of Neurology. She specializes in Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders, headache disorders, sleep disorders, and dementia. She works at Istanbul Medipol University and the Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorders Center (PARMER). She previously served as an Assistant Professor at Bahcesehir University.

Her research focuses on Parkinson’s disease biomarkers, cognition, uric acid and cholesterol associations, restless legs syndrome, and complex headaches. This includes a 13-patient case series. Prof. Dr. Yasef began his medical education at Istanbul University in 1973 and graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1979. Prof. Emin Tireli, MD, is a leading pediatric cardiovascular surgeon. He has performed over 6,329 congenital cardiac surgeries since 1993. He is known worldwide for being one of the first to use the complex Nikaidoh procedure for transposition of the great arteries (TGA).

Dr. Tireli performs more than 100 neonatal cardiac surgeries each year. His expertise includes arterial switch operations, total pulmonary return anomalies, pulmonary banding, and Norwood procedures. He has used hybrid techniques in 15 cases. Dr. Tireli has also completed 30 reconstructions of aortic anomalies and many PDA ligations in extremely low birth weight infants. His work greatly supports neonatal care.
