Dr. Kadri Ozer is a Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeon at Aydin State Hospital. He has served there since 2015. He completed training in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at Ankara Training and Research Hospital with a score of 100/100 (2009–2015). He completed his medical education at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine, English program (GPA 3.06/4.00).

His international experience includes Uppsala University Hospital, Radiology (2008), and Söder Hospital in Stockholm, Hand Surgery (2012). He also trained at Osaka University Hospital, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (2013), and Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Taiwan, Reconstructive Microsurgery (2013).
