He is the founder of the West German Study Group Breast Cancer and has treated over 21,000 breast cancer patients. He provides public awareness campaigns and founded the Düsseldorf Breast Cancer Conference. In addition, he has founded the Rezai Foundation-Medical Aid for Herat/Afghanistan.
