In her teens, she discovered a love for strength training that has remained a cornerstone of her routine. However, this experience also highlighted the detrimental effects of extreme fitness approaches. Today, Netta's interests have expanded to include calisthenics and handstands, continuously challenging herself and her clients with new forms of movement. As a coach, she leverages her extensive knowledge and compassion to help others achieve their fitness goals sustainably. She emphasizes lifelong habits that promote health and wellbeing, empowering individuals to celebrate their unique abilities and bodies. Dr. Sitthisak Dhammawiatnukul, MD, ABAARM, specializes in Anti-Aging & Regenerative Medicine and Preventive Medicine. His focus areas include Cell Therapy, Aesthetic Medicine, Men’s Health, Gut Health, Hormone Management, and Detox. He practices at Harmony Life Center (2023–present). He also serves as Medical Advisor at Bio Sky Clinic (2010–present).

Accreditations include the A4M Certificate in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine (2011). He is an ISCT member with specialized certification in mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs).
