Dr. Rani Umul Khair is a board-certified plastic & reconstructive surgeon with 13 years of experience in the field. She received post-graduate training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery from Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, India, which has one of the oldest plastic surgery departments in the country. Following which she pursued fellowship in cleft lip and palate at G S Memorial Hospital, Varanasi under the Smile Train Programme. This centre operates among the largest number of cases of cleft lip and palate cases in the world. She then pursued her Fellowship in Microvascular Surgery, at Lilavati Hospital, Mumbai, India. She has done further training in Cosmetic Surgery under the guidance of Dr. Ivo Pitanguy at Ivo Pitanguy Clinic, Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. Dr. Rani has learnt the finesse and art of aesthetic surgery from the masters in this field around the world and has incorporated the same in her practice. She has been working in UAE since 2016 initially in public sector before moving to private sector since 2019. Dr. Nicola Vione specializes in Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Pathology.

He began his training at the University of Turin where, in 1996 he obtained a degree in Medicine and Surgery, and in 1997 the qualification to practice. Subsequently, in 2001 he obtained the specialist diploma in Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Pathology. 

Over the years of his career he has attended various prestigious hospitals, perfecting himself in Functional and Aesthetic Surgery of the nose, performing thousands of operations and obtaining excellent results. He regularly attends specialization courses and national and international congresses, learning the most avant-garde techniques of the moment such as preservation rhinoplasty which allows primary rhinoplasty operations to be performed, guaranteeing respect for the anatomy of the nose and obtaining extremely natural and a shorter post-operative period.

Since 2015, he has been collaborating with the "Micheli-Pellegrini" Study Center, one of the most prestigious schools in Italy of rhino-cervical-facial reconstructive surgery, as a member of the scientific committee and as a Professor of Functional and Aesthetic Surgery of the Nose. He currently works at the San Luigi Gonzaga public hospital in Orbassano (Turin), as Medical Director of the Otolaryngology Operative Unit. Dr. Özlem Çolak is a Professor of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery. She earned her medical degree from Kocaeli University. She completed her specialization at Ankara Training and Research Hospital. Dr. Çolak has held academic roles at the University of Health Sciences and Demiroğlu Bilim University. She became an Associate Professor in 2019 and a full Professor in 2024.

Dr. Kang Moon Seok is a respected plastic surgeon. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the School of Medicine at SoonChunHyang University. He is an adjunct professor at SoonChunHyang University Hospital. He was named the top medical resident by the Korean Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons (KSPRS).

Dr. Kang is an active member of several KSPRS research groups. He takes part in committees focused on anti-aging plastic surgery, rhinoplasty, fillers, and threads. Dr. Lam holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD). Dr. Lam earned a Master of Plastic Surgery from Vietnam Military Medical University. Dr. Lam also completed a Diploma in Medicine and Science in Morpho-Esthetic and Anti-Ageing at the Clinique of Dr Morel.

Dr. Emre TÜRKMEN is an ENT specialist focused on rhinoplasty and nasal and ear aesthetic procedures. He graduated from Istanbul Bilim University Faculty of Medicine in 2008. He completed his ENT specialization at Yeditepe University in 2015. He worked for two and a half years at Giresun Şebinkarahisar State Hospital and served as chief physician in his final year. He later worked at Medipol University Faculty of Medicine and Reyap Private Hospital.

He is a member of the Turkish Facial Plastic Surgery Association. He is also an active member of the European Facial Plastic Surgery Association and attends their meetings regularly. His training includes a Maxillofacial Surgery Course in Turkey and Sinus Surgery Training in Germany. He attends the All in One Rhinoplasty Congress each year.
