Our 15-Day All Inclusive package ensures you won’t have to worry about a thing while you’re here. Everything is covered - including your private accommodation, 3 tasty meals and drinks from the healthy food cafe, 3 weekly massages, 1 spa day, ice bath, breath-work and meditation sessions, airport transfers, a full-day boat trip to the surrounding islands, and professionally-led cardio, yoga, and strength & conditioning classes.

Our retreat program features a dynamic schedule of group classes led by skilled and experienced trainers and yoga instructors. Here's a glimpse of what to expect:

7 am: Cardio (Approx. 2 hours): Engage in energizing activities like hiking, cycling, Muay Thai boxing, and aquagym. Different activities throughout the week (Mon - Sat).

11 am: Yoga (Approx. 1.5 hours): Explore various yoga styles such as Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa, and Iyengar, designed to rejuvenate your body and mind (Mon - Fri).

2:30 or 4/5 pm: Strength & Conditioning (1 hour): Enhance your physical fitness with focused training sessions (Mon - Fri).

We only require a basic level of fitness to enjoy our retreat fully. If you can hike over hilly terrain at a normal walking pace for more than 1.5 hours, you'll do just fine! Most of our guests come here to kickstart a more active lifestyle.
