I contacted them regarding drooping eyelids following Botox. I was very nervous because my wedding was just around the corner, and Tansel explained the causes and how we could fix it, step by step. He didn't perform any unnecessary procedures, even though I had to do anything at the time. I'd also like to thank Aysun for her support.

Fiasco! Just send your enemies... They distorted my face and then my eyelids drooped completely during the correction! My wife also made fun of me for wearing tape. I requested a refund but they didn't even care because my eyebrows were like that! They also wanted me to pay in cash or transfer it to another account. I guess they got mad because I paid with a credit card. I'll complain to Cimer. The result suits my face anyway.

When I called last night, despite my complaints and unusual side effects, you said you would dissolve it this morning and gave me an appointment time. When we arrived, you made us wait for about 2 hours more, without even examining us, you said you would not dissolve the filling in an extremely rude and tense manner, and you also questioned who we were and insulted us with expressions like "I will shout". Words such as "goodbye winter winter" were used, which are completely unbecoming of a doctor and should never be used by a patient. When we said we would initiate a legal process, we were told to go and complain wherever you want.
