Dr. Mehmet Berki is a physician with extensive experience in emergency medicine and clinical leadership. He is Chief Physician and Responsible Manager at Scala Polyclinic (2025–present). He held the same role at Cinik Hair Hospital (2022–2024). He also worked full-time as an emergency physician at several hospitals in Istanbul.
He managed health services for 17,000–20,000 students and more than 2,000 staff at Yeditepe University. He trained 250 physicians in reproductive health and AIDS under the Baku-Ceyhan pipeline EU project. His background includes cardiology follow-up, hair transplantation, and clinic management in acupuncture and bioresonance.
He organized courses in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Certificate Program at Kadir Has University. Education: MD, Uludağ University Faculty of Medicine.
Dr. Metin Al specializes in hair transplantation. He has performed more than 10,000 procedures over nine years using FUE, DHI, and hybrid techniques. He was an early adopter of DHI and hybrid methods in Türkiye.
He completed training in first aid, emergency care, anesthesia, and resuscitation. He graduated from Istanbul Gelişim University and Mersin University. He has worked at Beyoğlu Training and Research Hospital, Istanbul Training and Research Hospital, Estetik International, Nişantaşı Hospital, and Acıbadem. He has also trained hair transplant teams.
He now performs procedures at Estemarley Hair Clinic. He also provides training in Türkiye and abroad for teams and doctors.
Dr. Mehmet Erdogan is a highly experienced plastic surgeon and co-founder of Smile Hair Clinic in Turkey with an M.D from Yeditepe University and membership in the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS).
