La mia esperienza è stata straordinaria. Il dottor Mustafa è stato incredibile e mi ha fatto sentire completamente a mio agio, e le infermiere sono state così gentili e premurose durante tutto il processo. La mia coordinatrice medica, Lara, è stata assolutamente straordinaria e mi ha supportato in ogni fase. L'intervento è riuscito perfettamente, esattamente come desideravo. Non potrei essere più felice dei miei risultati. Sono così grata a tutto il team per aver realizzato il mio sogno e avermi restituito la fiducia in me stessa ☺️❤️. Nella foto del "dopo" che ho aggiunto sono ancora leggermente contusa e gonfia, ma la differenza parla da sola!!!

Il mio chirurgo è stato eccellente

La mia preoccupazione maggiore prima del viaggio erano i costi aggiuntivi imprevisti, e purtroppo questa preoccupazione si è rivelata fondata. I miei costi aggiuntivi per due sedute di linfodrenaggio, un’iniezione antitrombotica per il volo di ritorno e i pasti in hotel ammontavano a 450 €. Il mio consiglio ai futuri pazienti è quindi: è fondamentale chiarire in anticipo quali potrebbero essere i costi aggiuntivi. A parte questo, il mio chirurgo è stato eccellente. Ha segnato con molta cura le aree da trattare prima dell’intervento, il che mi ha dato fiducia. Con la liposuzione Vaser sono stati rimossi oltre 4 litri di grasso e il recupero sta procedendo finora come previsto. La clinica mi ha fornito un ottimo supporto post-operatorio, era sempre reperibile e mi ha fornito chiare indicazioni per le cure post-operatorie. Se le conoscenze linguistiche non sono sufficienti, è inoltre assolutamente consigliabile richiedere un interprete.

Insomma, alla fine il pacchetto complessivo è stato soddisfacente. La coordinatrice è stata sempre a mia disposizione, ha organizzato tutto il possibile e ha anche chiarito ogni dubbio. È stata davvero ECCEZIONALE. Il medico era molto gentile, ma sempre piuttosto laconico. A causa della barriera linguistica, non è stato così facile chiarire molte cose sul momento. Il più delle volte questo è stato possibile solo a posteriori, nel gruppo WhatsApp della coordinatrice. Anche il trasferimento e l’hotel scelto sono stati ottimi e, soprattutto, tutti sono stati gentili. La clinica era ok. Le stanze non sembravano così asettiche come in Germania, ma l’assistenza medica era ottima. Anche il personale infermieristico, nonostante la barriera linguistica, si è sempre sforzato di conversare con noi. Meno male che per me c’era Google Traduttore.

Era stato promesso un colloquio preliminare approfondito, ma non è stato effettuato. Un interprete sul posto sarebbe stato molto utile. Consiglierei un soggiorno più lungo, di almeno 10 giorni. Il mio viaggio di ritorno è stato tutt’altro che piacevole. I tubi di drenaggio sono stati rimossi il giorno della partenza, nonostante la ferita producesse ancora troppo liquido. Una volta arrivato in Germania, mi sono recato immediatamente al pronto soccorso per escludere il peggio.

Se state pensando a un lifting SMAS profondo, il mio consiglio principale è di prestare molta attenzione alla scelta della clinica. Personalmente, il medico e il personale mi hanno lasciato un’ottima impressione. Prima dell’intervento, il chirurgo ha tracciato le linee delle incisioni e, al termine, mi ha visitata personalmente. Anche la coordinatrice è rimasta costantemente a mia disposizione. Il mio intervento ha interessato il collo e la parte inferiore del viso, oltre a un lipofilling in anestesia generale. Ora mi sento più o meno come mi aspettavo. Non ci sono state spese aggiuntive. Tuttavia, nel complesso, l’impressione della clinica è nella media, quindi la valutazione complessiva non è molto alta. Pertanto, il mio consiglio principale ai futuri pazienti è di informarsi in modo più approfondito sulla clinica!

Il coordinatore era sempre reperibile. Nessun livido, nemmeno sospetto; non sono sicuro di cosa mi abbiano fatto. Forse uno «smas» invece di un «deep plane».

Il consulto con il medico si è tenuto nel suo studio, non in clinica! L'intervento è stato eseguito in un antico ospedale cittadino! Il medico ci ha fornito pochissime informazioni sull'intervento e, soprattutto, sui rischi! Sono state praticate molte più incisioni e suture di quanto concordato durante il consulto!

Per chiunque stia valutando un lifting del collo, ecco la mia opinione obiettiva. Il chirurgo e il personale medico sono stati eccellenti e sono contenta di aver scelto la tecnica del piano profondo. La parte migliore è vedere che le rughe sul collo sono già scomparse. È un grande risultato. Tuttavia, la clinica in sé è stata una vera delusione e non era all'altezza della qualità del team medico, motivo per cui non posso dare una valutazione complessiva più alta. Il recupero è un processo; il mio collo è piacevolmente teso e le incisioni sono ancora piuttosto arrossate, mentre l'indossare costantemente l'indumento compressivo è stata la parte più impegnativa. È una valutazione complessa perché l'assistenza chirurgica è stata eccellente, ma la struttura non lo era.

Il personale medico è stato fantastico. Le infermiere sono state gentilissime e mi hanno dato grande incoraggiamento. Mi sono sentita davvero sostenuta da loro

Fornire una risposta tempestiva ai familiari quando le procedure richiedono molto più tempo del previsto (8 ore contro le 3 ore previste). Comprendere l'ansia causata dal tempo aggiuntivo necessario e dare priorità alla comunicazione con i familiari in attesa di aggiornamenti.

Sono grata a Bukmed per l'aiuto nella scelta della clinica. Tutto ciò che è stato promesso è stato realizzato completamente! L'accoglienza e l'organizzazione sono state molto efficienti in termini di tempo. La traduttrice Akilay è stata eccezionale, ha risolto rapidamente tutti i nostri bisogni e domande ed è stata disponibile 24/7. I medici Hakan, per il trapianto di capelli, e Ibrahim, per la rinosettoplastica, sono molto competenti. In particolare, desidero sottolineare il dottor Hakan che ha dedicato molto tempo e attenzione, è stato cordiale, aperto, ha spiegato tutto con accuratezza e si è preso cura di me. I medici hanno fatto un ottimo lavoro, ora tutto dipende da quanto scrupolosamente verranno seguite le loro raccomandazioni durante il periodo di riabilitazione.
