Chirurgia facciale e rinoplastica
La clinica è specializzata in rinoplastica chiusa. Tutte le incisioni rimangono nascoste all'interno delle narici, quindi non ci sono cicatrici esterne. Gli strumenti a ultrasuoni Piezo riducono i lividi post-operatori. L'intervento dura da 1,5 a 3 ore. La maggior parte dei pazienti rimane una notte e torna alle attività sociali entro 14 giorni.
Le opzioni di ringiovanimento facciale includono metodi chirurgici e non chirurgici:
- Deep plane facelift – riposiziona lo strato SMAS e i legamenti come un unico blocco
- Mini lifting a cicatrice corta per un moderato rilassamento cutaneo

Il Dr. Erdal preferisce la tecnica deep plane per la maggior parte dei casi. Fornisce risultati naturali. Rimodellamento corporeo ed estetica del seno
La chirurgia corporea si concentra sulla liposuzione e sul rassodamento della pelle. I chirurghi utilizzano cannule sottili per rimodellare i depositi di grasso in un massimo di cinque aree del corpo. I pazienti indossano un indumento compressivo per 6 settimane per sostenere il nuovo contorno. I risultati completi appaiono da 3 a 6 mesi dopo la procedura.
L'addominoplastica è adattata alle esigenze di ogni paziente. Una mini addominoplastica tratta la pelle rilassata sotto l'ombelico. Un'addominoplastica completa affronta la separazione muscolare o l'eccesso di tessuto significativo. L'intervento dura da 2 a 4 ore e richiede un soggiorno di 10-14 giorni a Istanbul.
L'estetica del seno include aumento, lifting e riduzione mammaria. Per la ginecomastia (ingrossamento del seno maschile), la clinica utilizza la liposuzione o l'escissione ghiandolare diretta attraverso piccole incisioni di 2 cm. Il piano chirurgico dipende dal fatto che il tessuto sia principalmente grasso o ghiandolare.

I had my surgery with Dr Ayhan at the end of September, and the results were mind-blowing! From the moment I first got in touch with him to the very last minute, it was the best experience I could have wished for.
I had a mastopexy with autoaugmentation and fat transfer from my inner thighs, plus a transconjunctival blepharoplasty to correct the fat pads under my eyes.
When I first contacted Dr Ayhan, he offered me a consultation straight away and personally answered my messages. This was something that really stood out to me, especially after contacting other private clinics and surgeons where the replies came only through an assistant. His patient care and communication were excellent from the very beginning. This made a big difference to me, as I felt I was speaking directly to the person who would be taking care of me, rather than just being another patient going through a clinic.
One of my main concerns was that I really didn't want implants, but all the other surgeons I had consulted had suggested them. Dr Ayhan was quite confident that we could achieve a beautiful, natural result with a different approach, without implants. This gave me a lot of confidence and made me feel that he had really listened to what I wanted.
We arrived in Istanbul from Edinburgh, and everything was already organised for us. I had another consultation with Dr Ayhan the day before surgery to confirm the outcome, and then the surgery took place. I woke up feeling as if nothing had happened! In less than 24 hours, I was already up and feeling great.
I met Dr Ayhan many more times before leaving Istanbul. He checked on me, adjusted my medications and made sure everything was going well. He also personally replied to many of the messages I sent whenever I was worried about something. Dr Ipek, his assistant, was also great and very supportive throughout the whole experience.
There are no words to thank Dr Ayhan for the results. It's still too early to judge the final results of my eyes, but I already feel 10 years younger! He is incredibly professional but also an unbelievably nice person.
Dr Ayhan also has a very strong academic background, with many peer-reviewed publications and research in plastic and reconstructive surgery. He has participated in and won competitions for his clinical and research work, which shows how knowledgeable and dedicated he is. I highly value people who truly devote their lives to what they do, especially someone who has built such a strong scientific foundation before even opening his own practice. His research and publications show how much he has contributed to the development of his field.
Thank you again, Dr Ayhan, for everything. I am so happy with my results, but also with the whole experience and the way you looked after me. I couldn't have wished for a better surgeon to put my trust in!

I honestly cannot recommend Dr Ayhan Isik Erdal and his team highly enough. From the initial consultation right through to my recovery, I have felt incredibly well looked after.
I travelled to Turkey from the UK for my breast lift & implants and, naturally, I had a lot of nerves beforehand. Choosing a surgeon abroad is a huge decision, and I spent a lot of time worrying about whether I was making the right choice. I can genuinely say that I am so glad I chose Dr Erdal.
Dr Erdal was professional, reassuring and really listened to what I wanted. I never felt pressured into a particular size or result, and I felt that he genuinely understood the look I was hoping to achieve. I wanted a fuller, feminine result that still suited my proportions, and I feel that he took all of this into consideration.
I also have to give a huge thank you to Ipek, who was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. She was always so helpful, kind and reassuring, and having someone I could contact when I was worried or had questions made such a huge difference. She was incredibly patient with me and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. When you're travelling abroad for surgery, having a coordinator you can trust is so important, and I couldn't have asked for anyone better than Ipek.
I also want to give a mention to Beyza, who was absolutely incredible. She was so kind, gentle and comforting, particularly when I was feeling nervous. There were moments when I was quite anxious and she had such a calming presence that immediately made me feel more at ease. I genuinely felt cared for rather than just being another patient, and I will always be grateful for how lovely she was to me.
The surgery itself went really well, and my recovery has been closely monitored. I've definitely had moments during recovery where I've worried about things that turned out to be completely normal and all the little changes that happen while everything is settling. Having a team who are responsive and reassuring has made the whole experience so much easier.
The aftercare has honestly been one of the biggest positives for me. Healing isn't always straightforward, and I think it's completely normal to have moments of doubt or worry after such a big procedure. I've never felt silly for asking questions, and I've always felt like my concerns were taken seriously.
I'm still relatively early in my recovery, so I know my final result will continue to change over the coming months, but I'm already really happy that I made the decision to have the surgery. My breasts are still settling and changing, but I'm already seeing the shape come through and I'm so excited to see the final result.
For anyone considering travelling to Turkey for surgery, I completely understand how daunting it can feel. I had so many nerves and questions before making the decision myself. But looking back, I genuinely feel that I made the right choice.
A huge thank you to Dr Erdal, Ipek, Beyza and the entire team for making what could have been an incredibly frightening experience feel so much more comfortable and reassuring. I am so grateful for the care I've received and I'm really excited to see my final results. ❤️

I’m truly so pleased with Dr. Erdal’s work and couldn’t be happier with the results!
I’m incredibly grateful for his professionalism, attention to detail, and the beautiful result. My implants look amazing and, most importantly, they already feel very natural. I’m so happy with how everything turned out and feel very confident that I made the right decision choosing him.

She was always so kind, helpful, and available whenever I had a question or needed anything (and i had A LOT of questions hahaha). An Exceptional Experience
After months of researching surgeons for my breast uplift and implants, choosing Dr Ayhan Isik Erdal was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
From my very first enquiry, I felt completely looked after. Every single detail was organised to perfection. Airport transfers, hotel, hospital appointments, blood tests, medications, follow-up appointments and aftercare were all planned seamlessly. I never once felt stressed or unsure because the entire process was so well organised.
A huge thank you also goes to Dr Ipek, who coordinated everything. She was absolutely amazing throughout the whole journey. She was always available to answer my questions, no matter how big or small, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Her communication was outstanding, she explained everything clearly, translated perfectly, and made me feel completely supported from beginning to end.
Dr Ayhan is not only an incredibly talented surgeon but also a kind, honest and caring person. He took the time to explain everything, listened to what I wanted to achieve, and made me feel completely confident in his care. His professionalism and attention to detail are second to none.
What impressed me most was that every fine detail had been thought of. Nothing was left to chance. Every part of the journey was carefully planned, every question was answered, every member of staff was welcoming and professional, and I always felt like my wellbeing was the priority.
The aftercare has been every bit as impressive as the surgery itself. Even after returning home to the UK, Dr Ayhan and Dr Ipek have continued to check on my recovery, respond quickly to my messages, review my progress and provide reassurance whenever I’ve needed it. I honestly never expected such incredible ongoing support after travelling abroad for surgery.
Travelling to another country for surgery can feel overwhelming, but this team made the whole experience feel effortless. Their organisation, communication, compassion and professionalism were outstanding from start to finish.
